WHY SO MUCH SUFFERING &
HOW DID IT ALL BEGIN?

What I am going to share and explain from the following verses found below is a new understanding the Lord has revealed to me the last few days.  “The path (road or walk) of the just is as the shining light, that shines more and more unto the perfect day.  (In contrast) The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.”  Proverbs 4:18, 19.
   
Remember what Jesus said about the people before the Flood as well as when He stopped on the brow of the hill overlooking Jerusalem and wept?  Luke 19:41-48. “They knew not.”  The people before the flood did not realize what was happening even as they were being swept away.  “For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”  Matt 24:38, 39.  Cf.  Dan 12:10, “But none of the wicked shall understand but the wise shall understand.”  And how do we get “understanding and wisdom?”  “For the Lord gives wisdom: out of His mouth comes knowledge and understanding.”  Prov 2:6.  Most people do not realize that  Wisdom  is identified as a female being (woman) in Proverbs 1:20 “She utters her voice in the street.” In other words she is among the people available to everyone and anyone.  “She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retains her.”   Prov 3:18. Let me add one more verse here to help you to realize how very serious this issue is of understanding who “Wisdom” really.  She is not just a concept or idea but a real person.  Read carefully and prayerfully Proverbs 8:22-31.  Let quote to you the rest of chapter 8 which are only five verses, which are actually like a P.S. she adds after telling you her “life story” or “autobiography,” as it were.  Beloved, trust me on this.  You have no idea who you are dealing with here.  Listen: “Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways.  Hear my instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not.  Blessed is the man that hears me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.  For whoso finds me finds life, and shall obtain favor of the Lord (Father Yahweh).  But he that sins against me wrongs his own soul: all they that hate me love death.”  Proverbs 8:32-36.

“He who finds me finds life and wins favor with the Lord, while he who finds me not, hurts himself, and all who hate me are in love with death.”  Prov 8:36.  NEB.

Now, let’s go to our first text.  

10 Then I heard a strong (loud) voice in heaven, saying, Now it has come--the salvation and the power and the kingdom (the dominion, the reign) of our God, and the power (the sovereignty, the authority) of His Christ (the Messiah); for the accuser of our brethren, he who keeps bringing before our God charges against them day and night, has been cast out!  Amplified.

Notice the word “kingdom”  also means “dominion” which is what Adam lost in Genesis 2 and 3 because he doubted the “goodness” of God, Rom 14:23 by believing that one of God’s perfect trees had death in it.  That is when the death god, Satan (the “Lord God” claiming to be the true Lord of Eden) deceived Adam and subsequently put him into a deep sleep. Gen 2:21 the same as he did to Abram later on in Gen 15.  Now, in verses 10 and 11 we see that the first dominion Adam lost to Lucifer (Satan) in Eden is going to be restored to “His Christ (Christos) which means “anointed one.”  Notice that the word “power” in vs 10 means “sovereignty and authority.”  Rev 11:15 is a parallel text to 12:10.  Notice: “And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.” That phrase,  “Our Lord” clearly identifies the one  John is referring to as Jesus Christ, (vs 5) the same One who appeared to Him in the first chapter among the candlesticks.

Now let’s read Rev 12:11 and notice that the Christos here with Jesus are said to have overcome by the blood of the Lamb. Note: This “Christos”  is not one person but a group or company of saints also known as “the Elect.”  Matt 24:24.  This Elect group, is the same as the  wise of Dan 12:3, 10 and the Shepherd of Zechariah 13:7-9.  This is the same exact group or company whom Daniel describes in Dan 7:13, 14 and John describes as seeing in Rev 14:14.   EGW calls them the “Little Company” in Early Writings, pg 269-272.

11 And they have overcome (conquered) him by means of the blood of the Lamb and by the utterance of their testimony, for they did not love and cling to life even when faced with death [holding their lives cheap till they had to die for their witnessing].  Note: They were not martyred because they are the same group or company described in Rev 12:5, as  the Man Child.  Rev 11:3-12.  Some 19th century theologians interpreted these Two Witnesses as the Old & New Testaments.  Great Controversy 266 - 287. They did not consider them as two individuals, such as Moses & Elijah or Enoch & Elijah, who have already been translated to heaven in the OT and have immortal bodies that cannot die.  This alone should be evidence enough to prove that these Two Witnesses are an end time group who have both the Old and New Testaments in their hearts and minds.

The Lamb is  Jesus, the Lamb of God.  He  told us we  are also to be Lambs for Him  and His  Father.  “I send you forth as Lambs among wolves,”  Luke 10:3.  Isaiah 11:6 predicts that the wolf and the Leopard and the Lion will dwell with and lie down with the lamb and the kid in the future.  So, there is a good  reason why we are to be “lambs” among the wolves.  Through Jesus this “Christos” will conquer all.  “These (NWO) shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them; for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings; and they that are with Him are called, and chosen, and faithful.”  Rev 17:15.  This is the Barley Group or Little Company who overcomes through  Jesus and His Holy Ghost  is also called the “Elect” who are also  the mature and perfect church of Philadelphia. Rev 3:7-12.  There are 24 titles for them in all.  The way they overcome is that after they receive their gifts from the Father, Dan 7:13, 14, they have immortal bodies of light, shining like the sun ( Dan 12:3; Matt 13:43).

Now let’s read and  notice the specific timing of Rev 12:12, 12 below.   

12 Therefore be glad (exult), O heavens and you that dwell in them! But woe to you, O earth and sea, for the devil has come down to you in fierce anger (fury), because he knows that he has [only] a short time [left]!  (At this point in time Satan knows that he only has 3 ½ years or 1260 days left to try and destroy everyone on planet earth.  “But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many.  And or but he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas (people) in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.”  This is when Satan realizes that the Elect have been translated up to the Father’s throne to receive immortal life and all of the gifts Adam was given but lost.  But Jesus came to earth to go over the same ground as Adam and perfect those gifts so we can use them to overcome all evil in this end time age and complete the rescue mission Jesus began over 2,000 years ago when He said, “It is Finished.”  Now, those same words are stated again re: the Elect, “It is Done,” Rev 16:17; 21:6, 22:6.

13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast down to the earth, he went in pursuit of the woman who had given birth to the male (Man) Child.  Note: Once again we need to realize this “Man Child” is not Jesus because the date when John wrote the book of Revelation is 96 A.D.  The Apocalypse is not a history book but a book of prophecies of the future from AD 96 to the end of the age.  This Man Child is the same as the Elect.  Notice what is accomplished by the testimony of God’s Elect.  Satan is “cast down to earth” which means that he realizes none of the unfallen worlds are going to listen to him anymore so he calls in all of his fallen angel troops to concentrate on planet earth, to completely destroy it, especially the people who are left behind now in the earth.  These are called “the Remnant.”  “And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.”  Rev 12:17.  I find it amazing that all these years since 1844 and 1888 that the idea of the “Remnant” was this little group of people who will be translated without seeing death after the seven last plagues.  But now we can see that it is the Elect or Chosen, the Man Child who will be translated and the Remnant, who will be one third of the human race, will have to go through 1260 days of absolute hell on earth from the time of the World Wide Sunday Law Death Decree and until the final stage of Jesus’ coming actually takes place.  The Hebrew prophets did not explain the time sequence of events, per se, but emphasized the event itself.  That is why the people in Jesus’ day (even His own mother and disciples) thought that Jesus had come to set up the Kingdom of Glory, when He had come to establish the Kingdom of Grace.  The Kingdom of Glory is coming in our day, but not like the theologians of the 19th and 20th and now the 21st centuries have explained or interpreted them to be.  Some believe Christ will come and set up His kingdom on earth while others teach He will rapture the saints up to heaven suddenly and secretly leaving the rest of mankind behind here to be marked and slaughtered.  Actually, Jesus promised the Elect or Church of Philadelphia would not have to go through the last 3 ½ years during which the Mark of the Beast will be enforced.  See Malachi 3:16-18, Luke 21:34-36 and Rev 3:7-12.

In vs 10 we read that Satan was “cast out.”  for the accuser of our brethren, he who keeps bringing before our God charges against them day and night, has been cast out!

The “casting out or casting down” of Lucifer (Satan) is progressive.  When did it begin?  The first rejection or casting out of Lucifer (Satan) by the Universal or Heavenly Council of holy or loyal angels along with the heads or Adams of all the unfallen worlds took place before the creation of this world (planet earth). EW 146; GC 499; SR 18.  It took place in the courts of heaven itself.  Once Lucifer and his angels were cast out of heaven they could no longer enter the courts of heaven itself, but they were allowed to wait at the gates of heaven to harass the angels as they went back and forth.

“Satan saw that his disguise was torn away.  His administration was laid open before the unfallen angels and before the heavenly universe.  He had revealed himself as a murderer.  By shedding the blood of the Son of God, he had uprooted himself from the sympathies of the heavenly beings.  Henceforth his work was restricted.  Whatever attitude he might assume, he could no longer await the angels as they came from the heavenly courts, and before them accuse Christ’s brethren of being clothed with the garments of blackness and the defilement of sin.  The last link of sympathy between Satan and the heavenly world was broken.  Yet Satan was not then destroyed.  The angels did not even then understand all that was involved in the great controversy.  The principles at stake were to be more fully revealed.  And for the sake of man, Satan’s existence must be continued.  Man as well as angels must see the contrast between the Prince of light and the prince of darkness.  He must choose whom he will serve.”

Even though Satan’s work was “restricted” in regard to him and his angels being allowed to speak directly to the holy or unfallen angels,  as they came from the courts of heaven,  he  has been allowed to accuse us (the whole human race, especially those who claim to be Christians or followers of Jesus)  here on earth in the presence of our guardian angels.  And since the Spirit of the Father is here via the Holy Spirit and Holy Ghost (who represent the whole God family, Eph 3:14, 15) Satan’s accusations against God’s professed people has been carried on since the cross until the present day.

This explains Rev 12:10, “For the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.”  But the Great Controversy  is not yet finished or completed, as we shall see during the rest of our  study of  of Rev 12.  But first notice this statement  from  chapter 41 of the book, “The Great Controversy.  After quoting Jeremiah 4:23-26 re: the desolation of the earth during the 1,000 years, the author states: “Here is to be the home of Satan with his evil angels for a thousand years.  Limited to the earth, he will not have access to other worlds to tempt and annoy those who have never fallen.  It is in this sense that he is bound.”  GC 659.

So, after Satan left heaven, Jude 6, he was not allowed to go back into the courts of heaven but he could stand at the gates of the holy city and speak to (harass) the good angels as they went back and forth.  This went on from the fall of Adam and Eve until Jesus died on the cross.  But, as we just read from GC 659 he still had access to the other worlds.

Now let’s read vs 12 because we will discover that only the Man Child or Elect were  translated up to heaven as we read in vs 5.  Who is this Man Child?  Traditionally the Man Child has been interpreted as being Jesus.  But this could not be Jesus because the book of Revelation is about the future.  It is not a history book about the past but prophecies about the future.  It was written in AD 96, at least 63 years after Jesus died on the cross and returned to heaven. This understanding will be repeated later for emphasis because it is so important to realize this truth.  This Man Child  is the same as the Two Witnesses of Rev 11:11, 12 who “ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.”   But let’s go back to the time of the sixth seal and see what happens.  “And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell ...And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.  And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, ... and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him that sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of His wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?”

This is an obvious reference to the Second Coming of Christ.  And this is the first phase of His promised return because the second phase is described in Rev 7 which is a prophecy of the sealing of the 144,000.  A few years ago I began studying about the topic of the HARVEST.  All I knew about the Harvest was Matt 13.  But the more I studied and prayed the more I realized that the Second Coming of Christ is not a sudden “One Time Event” as most people have been led to believe.  For example, probably over half of the Christian church today believes in what is known as “The Rapture.”   There are actually at least three versions of this particular belief: Pre-Trib, Mid-Trib and Post-Trib.   Trib is short for Tribulation which they teach will follow the Rapture of the Church in which all who are true Christians will suddenly disappear.  This is known as the Secret Rapture.  The word “Rapture” is a Latin term that is not even found anywhere in the New Testament.  In John 14 Jesus told His disciples “I will come again.”  You can also find this in Acts 1:9-11.   These verses and many other teach a very literal Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.  So, why is there so much controversy and confusion about Jesus Second Coming in the clouds of glory?  In order to answer that question I need to ask another question.  Why was there so much confusion and misunderstanding about the First Coming of Christ?   It was because they did not know the true character of the Father.  And that is the very same reason today.  There is a book entitled, “Christ’s Object Lessons,” in which the character of God is a major theme.  On page 84 we read this amazing statement of truth: “God Destroys No Man.”

Beloved, that is an unequivocal, categorical statement of fact which the life and teachings of Jesus clearly proved, documented and verified to be true.  Never once did Jesus ever hurt or kill anyone.  He only went around helping and healing people.  Acts 10:38. At the time of Jesus’ birth the Jewish people were eagerly expecting and waiting for the appearance of the Messiah to come and deliver them from the oppression of the Roman empire. They taught that this mighty superman hero would come suddenly to the temple as a full grown adult.  With his majestic bearing and magnetic personality he would charm the leaders and dazzle the people with his great words of wisdom and commanding personality.  With these amazing talents and powers he would organize the tribe of Judah into an invincible army and enthrone Himself in the temple as King.  After he had conquered the whole world all nations would come to Jerusalem to worship and make their sacrifices as in the days of Solomon.  I have written an entire article on this topic entitled, “The Stages of His First and Second Coming,” which I show that this same false concept is almost exactly what most religious believe and agree the Messiah will do today when He comes.

In fact, they are believing that He is going to appear in Jerusalem.   Even the Pope is going to be there to welcome him.  But that is not what the Bible teaches nor the SOP for those of you who understand what that means. I was just listening to an old audio tape yesterday by J. R. Hoffman, now deceased.  He was one of the best theologians and evangelists I have ever known. This was one of his talks from 1978.  He really shocked me when he stated that in his own personal study of what Jesus Himself taught about His Second Coming that He had come to a different conclusion than he formerly believed.

First he read Matt 24:44, “Therefore be you also ready: for in such an hour as you think not the Son of man comes.” He then explained that Christ’s teaching about His return emphasized a heart preparation instead of just outward observance of laws, rules and regulations in order to be ready for the end of the world and the second coming of Christ.

He also stressed that just as the Jews had been disappointed by the first coming of Christ because of their false hopes and wrong interpretations of the prophecy that the same thing is happening to this generation.  In other words, as Jesus also said, “The Kingdom of God does not come with observation because the Kingdom of God is within you.” That is about all he said because his talk was about the economic hard times that will come upon the earth in the last days which he believed were already coming in 1978.  Of course, it is much worse today.  One of the texts the Jews misread and misinterpreted was Malachi 3:1 “The Lord whom you seek, shall suddenly come to His temple.”    

They believed it meant the Messiah would suddenly appear in front of the temple in Jerusalem.  And I think many believe this will still happen in Jerusalem. I would not be surprised if the false Messiah will fulfill this when he comes in order to deceive the people.  So, what does this text mean?  For me it is a prophecy about the in filling of the Holy Ghost, as on the Day of Pentecost.  That was the early rain when the 120 spoke in about 19 different languages and spread the gospel to all the then known world.  Let me share with you now  a quote from one of these books which has helped me to understand what is going to precede the coming of Jesus.

Although the Father knows all things in advance, before they even happen, He allows His creation the right to make decisions in regard to all that is going on.  He does not act independently of them but carries them with Him in all of His decisions.  PP 79.  After the creation of this world (planet earth) Lucifer was allowed to test Adam and Eve right there in the Garden of Eden.   I have explained in detail the means by which he deceived Adam first and then Eve causing them both to fall into our dark dimension.  The Father knew this would happen and warned His Son and Daughter about it ahead of time so a plan of rescue and redemption could be put into operation immediately.  This is called the Plan of Salvation.  It is through this plan that the whole universe is being educated and trained for the glorious future the Father has planned for everyone of His creatures.  “Our little world is the lesson book for the universe.”  DA 19.

After 4,000 years of Satan’s rule over the earth mankind had almost been completely destroyed. It was at this time the Father sent His only Son to reveal their true character of love.  This led to the trial, mistreatment and official rejection and crucifixion of Jesus, the Son.  In John 12 Jesus said that if He were “lifted up” He would “draw all to Himself.”  Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.  And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all (men) unto Me.  Vs 31, 32.  So, this is the second time Lucifer has been cast out.

14 But the woman was supplied with the two wings of a giant eagle, so that she might fly from the presence of the serpent into the desert (wilderness), to the retreat where she is to be kept safe and fed for a time, and times, and half a time (three and one-half years, or 1,260 days).

15 Then out of his mouth the serpent spouted forth water like a flood after the woman, that she might be carried off with the torrent.

16 But the earth came to the rescue of the woman, and the ground opened its mouth and swallowed up the stream of water which the dragon had spouted from his mouth.

17 So then the dragon was furious (enraged) at the woman, and he went away to wage war on the remainder of her descendants--[on those] who obey God's commandments and who have the testimony of Jesus Christ [and adhere to it and [a]bear witness to Him].

Comment: The KJV reads “Remnant,” instead of remainder.  Notice, my friend, that the Remnant are not translated without seeing death but must flee into the wilderness, which means into hiding, GC 55. Seclusion and obscurity are the two words the SOP uses. The first group to be translated is the Barley or Elect, Matt 24:24, or the Mature Church of Philadelphia.  Rev 3:7-12.  They are not asleep but awake and give the Loud Cry to the world for 1260 days, Rev 11:3-8.  During this time the entire world church of professed believers are basically asleep like the disciples in the Garden of Gethsemane while Jesus sweat His precious blood.  These are the Ten Virgins of Matt 25.  Five are wise and fiver are foolish.  The only difference between them is that the wise take extra oil (character of God message) and the foolish do not, which means they will be stumbling in the darkness of this world’s confusion as the wicked destroy each other. These are identified in Ezek 9 as those  who do not have the Mark of God (His seal of Approval, Rev 7) and thus are marked for death.  But the Wise Virgins will wake up at the time of the World Sunday Law Death Decree and realize what is happening and take their stand for the truth. But they will have to go through the Time of Jacob’s Trouble described in Jere 30:6, 7.  “Alas for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.”  Read v 6 also re: how even men are in terrible anguish and suffering like a woman about to have a baby and all faces are turned into paleness.  The Man Child of Rev 12:5 and Isa 66 is translated without seeing death.  They are the wise of Dan 12 and those who shine forth like the sun, Matt 23:43.

These texts are also describing this Little Company EGW describes on page 271, 272 who are translated without seeing death.  Dan 12:2 describes a “special” resurrection at the same time the Elect are translated and taken to the Father’s throne to receive their gifts, with Jesus, and Dominion or Sovereign control of the earth at this same time.  See “Daniel & Revelation” by Uriah Smith, page 306.     They are also designated/called/described as the Christos of Rev 11:15 and the Man Child of Rev 12:5.  Psalm 2 speaks of them as a Son and King who will rule over the kings of the earth with a rod of iron, Ps 2:9.  Rev 3:9 predicts the NWO will come and bow down before them. Why?  Because, like Haman pleading with Queen Esther, they realize this little Barley Group has become the Bride of the King of Kings.  And now it is they (Synagogue of Satan)  who receive the sentence of death pronounced and carried out by themselves, for at this end time crisis every man’s hand will be against His brother.  Ezek 38:21.  Joel 2 also describes this same powerful group who become the rulers of the world that no one can stop.  As a result the nations begin self-destructing and killing each other all over the world because their demon despotic rulers turn them and each other to utterly destroy the whole world.  “But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him (Satan); therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many.  And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas (people of the earth) in the glorious holy mountain; (Jerusalem in Palestine); Yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.”  Daniel 11:44, 45.

Below are the 24 Titles, Names or Designations for the Elect or Barley Group (Final High Command Army of Jesus Christ)

1. Kings of the East, Rev. 16:2.
2. Those who have insight (margin says "Instructors) Dan. 11:33, 12:3.
3. Tower of the Flock, Hill of the daughter of Zion. Micah 4:8.
4. Rock or Stone that is cut out of the mountain without hands. Dan. 2:45.
5. His holy Arm, The salvation of our God. Isa. 52:10.
6. The Sons of God. Rom. 8:19.
7. The Elect.  Matt. 24:22.
8. The Generation to come, the People yet to be created. Psalm 22:30, 31; 102:18.
9. The Meek, Merciful & the Pure in Heart who are peacemakers.  Zeph 2:3; Matt 5:5, 7, 8, 9.
10. The perfection of beauty. Psalm 50:2.
11. The People who know the joyful sound. Psalm 89:15.
12. Thy Mighty Ones. Joel 3:11.
13. The White horse of Rev. 19:11; Zech. 10:3.
14. The Sharp Sickle. Rev. 14:14; Joel 13:13. Isa. 41:15; Jer. 51:20.
15. The Branch 23:5, 6; Zech. 3:8, 9.
16. A Barley Cake or Loaf. Judges 7:13-15; Ruth.
17. Church of Philadelphia, Rev. 3:7-12.
18. The Man-child, Isa. 66:7-9; Rev. 12:5.
19. The Sons of Oil. Zech. 4:14.
20. Jewels or Special Treasure, Mal. 3:16-18.

The above titles do not apply to the 144,000 because they are still sleeping. All these designations are descriptions of the many aspects of the  "Watchmen on the walls of Zion," who are not sleeping.  The Ten Sleeping Virgins of Matt. 25 wake up at the midnight hour, when they hear the cry go forth, "The Bridegroom is coming."  But only five have the extra oil to light their path to the Father's house.

The Lord gave me a dream about the 144,000 two nights  ago and I wrote it out by hand as it woke me up and so I wrote it down before it faded from my memory.  I’ve been working  on a special article on this topic  yesterday  and today.  Will send it to you and a few others when I have it typed out with some notes and explanations.* Note: See Dream about the 144,000 at the end of this article

These people are very sincere even though they do not understand the character message, that "God Does Not Kill."  Even Jesus own mother and disciples, nor John the Baptist understood the truth.  But after waiting 2,000 + years the Father is bringing His "special Treasure"  (Jewels) into perfect order.  I found something in Early Writings  which helped me to understand the stages of the Second Coming in EGW's writings I had not seen before.  Am trying to piece it together now.

It is exciting to see how our true Mother, Gabrielle, is connecting you with these individuals over there in Iran and/or Iraq.  Does your friend and/or friends understand that Gabrielle is a female being?  The true mother of mankind?  The Shekinah?  How much do they know?  Maybe you told me already but I must have missed it.  Jesus said the work of the "Holy Ghost" is very mysterious, John 3, in His interview with Nicodemus.  "Marvel not that I said unto you, you must be born again (wake up out of your dream state).  The wind blows where it lists (wishes or wants to go via the direction of the Father) and you (can) hear the sound thereof, but cannot tell where it comes from, and (or) where it goes:  so is every one that is born of the Spirit."  John 3:7, 8.  Also compare Ezek 37 with Acts 2 regarding the work of the Holy Spirit and Holy Ghost.

When the noun "Spirit" is used before the cross it is always referring to the Mother, El Shaddai.  She works with the daughter like the Father works with the Son and they all work together (4) as a unit.  Deut 6:4 says "The Lord our God is One (unified) God (Elohim)."  The Hebrew word is Echad meaning One like a flock of birds or a flock of sheep...individuals but united and together as a family.  Satan, Lucifer, is the spoiled brat whom the Father allowed to be part of the whole process from the time he rebelled to the Garden of Eden.  In this new article I am explaining more of this as the Holy Ghost leads me.  We need to understand that Michael & Gabrielle are both growing and learning the same as we are.  Hebrews 5:8 tells us that “though He was a son He learned by the things that He suffered.”  Isaiah 63:9 tells us that “In all of their (Israel’s) affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of His presence (Shekinah, Wisdom, Holy Ghost) saved them: in His love and pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.”  Read also Jeremiah 4 and Lamentations for more understanding of how much Jesus and His Shekinah have suffered throughout the ages and are still suffering, be “crucified afresh” by Heb 6:6 by those who “fall away” and put our true parents “to an open shame.”  So, their suffering has not ended by any stretch of the imagination.

Jesus never changes, Heb 13:8.  He has always been dependent on the Father as He explained to the Jews in John 8.  This is the “faith of Jesus” that He tells us we may also have.  He came to reveal how to walk the same path He walked. That is why He said, “Take up your cross and follow Me.”  Why would He say that if He had already done it all for us so there is nothing for us to do but “just believe” and be thankful for His “finished work” on Cavalry.

This is part of the New Theology, which falsely teach that  Jesus has already done it all for us, therefore, there is nothing for us to do but believe.  Man’s carnal nature rebels against self-denial of any kind.  It is contrary to our fallen nature.  But Jesus said He would be with us as we take up our crosses and follow Him.  Our heavenly parents, Michael and Gabrielle, still obey the Father in all things.  They only do what the Father tells them to do.  We are to pray to the Father, as Jesus told us to do, in His name.  John 14:14 & John 15:16.  The Shekinah glory, who is the Holy Ghost in the New Testament, is with us each step of the way.  The whole universe is watching the final scenes of this ongoing conflict between good and evil.  Jesus never changes. Heb 13:8.  “In all of their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of His Presence (Shekinah or Gabrielle) saved them: in His love and in His pity He redeemed them; and He bare them and carried them all the days of old.”  Isaiah 63:9.

Do you think His relationship with modern Israel today is any different?  Has He stopped caring and hurting?  No.  He can still be “crucified afresh” as we just read. Therefore,  He is still learning by the things that He suffers with us just as we are learning each day.  We are made in His very image and likeness.  And so, Michael and Gabrielle, our true Father and Mother,  are learning with us and they are hurting and suffering with us in this dream state nightmare.  Every day they are  trying to help us come out of it, and to rise above it, so they can translate us (the Barley or Elect) in the first phase of the Harvest.  Then, we  we will come back and wake up the 144,000 in 40 days time,  the same as Jesus did when He  chose 108 more disciples in His 40 days stay after the resurrection from the First day of the week. See Malachi 3:16-18.  Notice the word “return” in vs 18.  Where are these “Jewels” (same as Elect) returning from?  From the wedding supper of the Lamb.  Read EW 280 which explains from pages 279 to 282 “The Third Message Closed”that Christ had received His kingdom, having made the atonement for His people and blotted out their sins.  The subjects of the kingdom were made up.  The marriage of the Lamb was consummated.  And the kingdom and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, was given to Jesus and the heirs of salvation, and Jesus was to reign as King of kings and Lord of lords.”  EW 280.

This is so important to understand because these events are in order and follow the three phases of the Harvest cycle we read about in Rev 14:6 to 29.  The first is the Early Grain or Barley, the first of the first fruits.  So, what is the “First of the First Fruits?”  It is the first grain that appears at the time of the harvest as an indication or sign that the richest part of the harvest (the Wheat) is almost read. This early grain is the Barley.  When I first heard this term “Barley” I told the person who was trying to explain it to me “give me an example of what you are talking about when you say “Barley.”  This person then  said, “Gideon is Barley, Ruth is Barley.”  They also told me, “you are not going to be among the 144,000 Mike because you are Barley.”

That really shocked me because I did not know what they were talking about.  I truly was asleep but as I began to study on this topic of the Harvest,  the Lord woke me up more and more  to the truth and reality of what the Harvest truly is.  Beloved,  you do not want to miss the Harvest like  the majority of professed believers in the Third Angels message will do.  They are going to become the Foolish Virgins.  We read about this in Jer.  8:20  “The Harvest is past, the summer is ended and we are not saved.”  Read the whole chapter of Jeremiah 8 in order to get an understanding of the background of what Jeremiah is trying to tell the people, as he  pleads with them to repent and turn away from the false idols they had been seduced to worship.  See  in Jeremiah 7:17, 18 re: the “QUEEN OF HEAVEN,” the people of Jerusalem were worshiping.  It is also in Jeremiah 44:15-19 and onto v 30.   In every culture they worshiped this false queen of heaven who went by many names such Isis, Ishtar,  Asoreth and Astarte.   Later she was called by the name of Diana, Acts 16, in the Greek and Roman culture, as well as Venus and Cybele and on and on.  The male counterpart of the Queen of heaven was Baal. Isis in Egypt had Osiris and Ishtar had Tammuz and Diana had Apollo.

When the Christian church began to go into apostasy, becoming the Roman Catholic Church, they changed the name from Diana to Mary who is the new Queen of Heaven who is being worshiped today all over the world.  The question is: Who is the True Queen of heaven?  That is what people do not realize.  If you understand that God the Father is Yahweh then who is His Queen?  Her name is found in Genesis 17:1, The Almighty God or El Shaddai, the Almighty Breasted One.  This Creator Father God and El Shaddai brought forth a Son and a daughter.  In the OT the son’s name is Michael, meaning one who is equal with God or God like.  Proverbs 30:4 is the only OT reference I have found which indicated that God had a son.

Dan 10:21 is a text that reveals Jesus or Michael’s counterpart to be Gabrielle when she told Daniel, “But I will show you that which is noted in the scripture of truth: And there is none that hold with me in these things, but Michael your prince.”  KJV.  The original Hebrew means that “no one has clasped hands with me against the enemy but Michael your prince.”  

Isn’t that sad beloved?  That Jesus or Michael and His bride, Gabrielle,  stood alone in the OT against Satan and his hordes of evil angels in terms of their understanding the real truth about Lucifer and his deceptive lies which he had told from the very beginning.  John 8:44. That is why this harvest time we are in  today is so important to understand.  Let me continue on now  to explain the meaning of the Harvest, which  begins with the First of the First fruits, which is called  Barley.  Notice: “So she (Ruth) kept fast by the maidens of Boaz to glean unto the end of barley harvest and of wheat harvest; and dwelt with her mother in law.”  Now read Judges 7:9-15 which tells the story of how the Lord revealed to Gideon that He had already delivered the enemies of Israel into their hands.  The Lord directed him where to go so he could hear two of the enemy outpost soldiers talking to teach other about a dream one of them had.  “Behold, I dream a dream, and, lo, a cake of Barley bread tumbled into the host of Midian, and came unto a tent, and smote it that it fell, and overturned it, that the ten lay along.”  The NEB reads: “I dreamt that I saw a hard, stale barley-cake rolling over and over through the Midianite camp; it came to a tent, hit it and turned it upside down, and the tent collapsed....God had delivered Midian and the whole army into his (Gideon) hands.”  Vs14, 15.  

Now, my friend, this Barley grain represents the first of the first fruits in the Jewish Harvest cycle.  Paul tells us that Jesus Christ is the “first fruits.”  What does that mean?  It means that Jesus came into our dream state to wake us up.  He was not asleep.  He found out the hard way how terrible our dream state-nightmare, hypnotic trance really is.  He found that out when the Father dropped Him down into our dark dimension into our dream state.  It was so shocking and horrible to Him that He began to sweat blood because He was absolutely terrified.  This is an actual sudden physical affliction and phenomenon known as “diapedisis.”  I explain this in detail on pages 283 to 286.

This is when Christ began pleading  with the Father to take the cup away, but there was no response from the Father.  Jesus  had to drink the cup for you and for me.  How thankful we should be that He was willing to do that and take up the cross and go onto Calvary.  Yes, He is the type of the Barley in our day who is awake.  If you believe what I am explaining to you then you also can become and will be Barley to this generation.  They are the ones who will teach the 144,000 the new song, the Song of the Lamb.

Rev 14:1, 2.  John says they are virgins which refers us back to Matt 25 which tells us where these 144,000 come from.  They come from the wise virgins who are awakened by the cry, “Behold the bridegroom is coming.”  That is what we are to do right now in this world...give the message of Jesus’ soon coming by  letting  the people know the truth about Jesus’ true character of love.

The dead saints Jesus took back to heaven with Him became  living, immortal saints from the past who began  appearing to people in Jerusalem as witnesses of His resurrection, as Matthew writes  in  Matt 27:50-53.  Yes, they  rose with Him and went to the Father’s throne as His trophies, His first fruits of the Harvest.

It was at this time the Father gave Him the gifts He took back down to His disciples, on the same day He arose, when He appeared to them in the upper room when they were shocked and afraid. That was the same day He gave the long Bible study to the two disciples on the way to Emmaus, Luke 24:13-35. They returned to the Upper Room to tell the eleven.  And as they were sharing their experience with the eleven Jesus appeared to all them and said “Peace be unto you: as my Father has sent Me, even so send I you.”  John 20:21.   The next verse  tells us the first thing He gave them. Notice: “And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said unto them, Receive you the Holy Ghost.”   By doing this He was giving them all the “Gifts of the Spirit.”  When the disciples had asked Him to teach them how to pray, as recorded in Luke 11,  He taught them. But notice what He says in vs 13, which is also for us today.  “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask Him?”  Luke 11:13.  When Jesus ascended to heaven on that resurrection morning, after telling Mary not to cling to Him or delay Him because He had not yet ascended to His Father, He went up into the very Presence of the Father “receiving gifts for His church.”  DA 790.  Then on DA 805 we read “The more abundant impartation of the Spirit did not take place till after Christ’s ascension.  Not until this was received could the disciples fulfill the commission to preach the gospel to the world.  But the Spirit was now given for a special purpose.  Before the disciples could fulfill their official duties in connection with the church, Christ breathed His Spirit upon them.  He was committing to them a most sacred trust, and He desired to impress them with the fact that without the Holy Spirit this work could not be accomplished.  The Holy Spirit is the breath of spiritual life in the soul.  The impartation of the Spirit is the impartation of the life of Christ.  It imbues the receiver with the attributes of Christ. (His very character).  Only those who are thus taught of God, those who possess the inward working of the Spirit, and in whose life the Christ-life is manifested, are to stand as representative men, to minister in behalf of the church.”  DA 805.  

Later when the 120 were chosen and ready they waited ten days after His ascension on Thursday, 40 days after the day He rose from the grave, then 10 days later the Holy Ghost came on the day of Jubilee.  All of these events fulfilled the OT types for the Early Rain. Now, in our day they will fulfill the Latter Rain types as "Anti-types" or last day fulfillments again to complete the harvest in our day.

It all happens in stages, step by step, event by event,  just as it did at the time of His first coming beginning with Gabrielle appearing to Zechariah and then to Mary and going inside of Christ when He was 30 years old at the time of His baptism.  All of these events or types are in the process of being repeated today as anti-types.

Early Writings : Page 269— This is a vision of the future that was given about what would happen in our day.  It was given after the great disappointment of 1844.  Other visions were given in the years following and first published about 1846 and later in larger form in 1851, 1854 and 1858.  The book Early Writings has some of the most powerful and important information about the Fall of Satan, as to why he fell and why 1/3 of the angelic host followed him.  The book, “Story of Redemption was published in 1947.  It also has a lot of information on these topics.  I will let you read the following from Early Writings starting on page 269 with no comments at this time.

“I saw some, with strong faith and agonizing cries, pleading with God. Their countenances were pale and marked with deep anxiety, expressive of their internal struggle. Firmness and great earnestness was expressed in their countenances; large drops of perspiration fell from their foreheads. Now and then their faces would light up with the marks of God's approbation, and again the same solemn, earnest, anxious look would settle upon them.

Evil angels crowded around, pressing darkness upon them to shut out Jesus from their view, that their eyes might be drawn to the darkness that surrounded them, and thus they be led to distrust God and murmur against Him. Their only safety was in keeping their eyes directed upward. Angels of God had charge over His people, and as the poisonous atmosphere of evil angels was pressed around these anxious ones, the heavenly angels were continually wafting their wings over them to scatter the thick darkness.

As the praying ones continued their earnest cries, at times a ray of light from Jesus came to them, to encourage their hearts and light up their countenances. Some, I saw, did not participate in this work of agonizing and pleading. They seemed indifferent and careless. They were not resisting the darkness around them, and it shut them in like a thick cloud. The angels of God left these and went to the aid of the earnest, praying ones. I saw angels of God hasten to the assistance of all who were struggling with all their power to resist the evil angels and trying to help themselves by calling upon God with perseverance. But His angels left those who made no effort to help themselves, and I lost sight of them.

I asked the meaning of the shaking I had seen and was shown that it would be caused by the straight testimony called forth by the counsel of the True Witness to the Laodiceans. This will have its effect upon the heart of the receiver, and will lead him to exalt the standard and pour forth the straight truth. Some will not bear this straight testimony. They will rise up against it, and this is what will cause a shaking among God's people. I saw that the testimony of the True Witness has not been half heeded. The solemn testimony upon which the destiny of the church hangs has been lightly esteemed, if not entirely disregarded. This testimony must work deep repentance; all who truly receive it will obey it and be purified.

Said the angel, "List ye!" Soon I heard a voice like many musical instruments all sounding in perfect strains, sweet and harmonious. It surpassed any music I had ever heard, seeming to be full of mercy, compassion, and elevating, holy joy. It thrilled through my whole being.*  Said the angel, "Look ye!" My attention was then turned to the company I had seen, who were mightily shaken. I was shown those whom I had before seen weeping and praying in agony of spirit. The company of guardian angels around them had been doubled, and they were clothed with an armor from their head to their feet. They moved in exact order, like a company of soldiers. Their countenances expressed the severe conflict which they had endured, the agonizing struggle they had passed through. Yet their features, marked with severe internal anguish, now shone with the light and glory of heaven. They had obtained the victory, and it called forth from them the deepest gratitude and holy, sacred joy.”   * Note: This is the character of God message.
                   
The numbers of this company had lessened. Some had been shaken out and left by the way. The careless and indifferent, who did not join with those who prized victory and salvation enough to perseveringly plead and agonize for it, did not obtain it, and they were left behind in darkness, and their places were immediately filled by others taking hold of the truth and coming into the ranks. Evil angels still pressed around them, but could have no power over them.

I heard those clothed with the armor speak forth the truth with great power. It had effect. Many had been bound; some wives by their husbands, and some children by their parents. The honest who had been prevented from hearing the truth now eagerly laid hold upon it. All fear of their relatives was gone, and the truth alone was exalted to them. They had been hungering and thirsting for truth; it was dearer and more precious than life. I asked what had made this great change. An angel answered, "It is the latter rain, the refreshing from the presence of the Lord, the loud cry of the third angel."

Great power was with these chosen ones. Said the angel, "Look ye!" My attention was turned to the wicked, or unbelievers. They were all astir. The zeal and power with the people of God had aroused and enraged them. Confusion, confusion, was on every side. I saw measures taken against the company who had the light and power of God. Darkness thickened around them; yet they stood firm, approved of God, and trusting in Him. I saw them perplexed; next I heard them crying unto God earnestly. Day and night their cry ceased not: "Thy will, O God, be done! If it can glorify Thy name, make a way of escape for Thy people! Deliver us from the heathen around about us. They have appointed us unto death; but Thine arm can bring salvation." These are all the words which I can bring to mind. All seemed to have a deep sense of their unworthiness and manifested entire submission to the will of God; yet, like Jacob, every one, without an exception, was earnestly pleading and wrestling for deliverance.

Soon after they had commenced their earnest cry, the angels, in sympathy, desired to go to their deliverance. But a tall, commanding angel suffered them not. He said, "The will of God is not yet fulfilled. They must drink of the cup. They must be baptized with the baptism."

“Soon I heard the voice of God, which shook the heavens and the earth. There was a mighty earthquake. Buildings were shaken down on every side. I then heard a triumphant shout of victory, loud, musical, and clear. I looked upon the company, who, a short time before, were in such distress and bondage. Their captivity was turned. A glorious light shone upon them. How beautiful they then looked! All marks of care and weariness were gone, and health and beauty were seen in every countenance. Their enemies, the heathen around them, fell like dead men; they could not endure the light that shone upon the delivered, holy ones. This light and glory remained upon them, until Jesus was seen in the clouds of heaven, and the faithful, tried company were changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, from glory to glory. And the graves were opened, and the saints came forth, clothed with immortality, crying, "Victory over death and the grave"; and together with the living saints they were caught up to meet their Lord in the air, while rich, musical shouts of glory and victory were upon every immortal tongue.”   Early Writings : Page 39

God’s Love for His People

I have seen the tender love that God has for His people, and it is very great. I saw angels over the saints with their wings spread about them. Each saint had an attending angel. If the saints wept through discouragement, or were in danger, the angels that ever attended them would fly quickly upward to carry the tidings, and the angels in the city would cease to sing. Then Jesus would commission another angel to descend to encourage, watch over, and try to keep them from going out of the narrow path; but if they did not take heed to the watchful care of these angels, and would not be comforted by them, but continued to go astray, the angels would look sad and weep. They would bear the tidings upward, and all the angels in the city would weep, and then with a loud voice say, "Amen." But if the saints fixed their eyes upon the prize before them and glorified God by praising Him, then the angels would bear the glad tidings to the city, and the angels in the city would touch their golden harps and sing with a loud voice, "Alleluia!" and the heavenly arches would ring with their lovely songs.

 There is perfect order and harmony in the Holy City. All the angels that are commissioned to visit the earth hold a golden card, which they present to the angels at the gates of the city as they pass in and out. Heaven is a good place. I long to be there and behold my lovely Jesus, who gave His life for me, and be changed into His glorious image. Oh, for language to express the glory of the bright world to come! I thirst for the living streams that make glad the city of our God.

The Lord has given me a view of other worlds. Wings were given me, and an angel attended me from the city to a place that was bright and glorious. The grass of the place was living green, and the birds there warbled a sweet song. The inhabitants of the place were of all sizes; they were noble, majestic, and lovely. They bore the express image of Jesus, and their countenances beamed with holy joy, expressive of the freedom and happiness of the place. I asked one of them why they were so much more lovely than those on the earth. The reply was, "We have lived in strict obedience to the commandments of God, and have not fallen by disobedience, like those on the earth." Then I saw two trees, one looked much like the tree of life in the city. The fruit of both looked beautiful, but of one they could not eat. They had power to eat of both, but were forbidden to eat of one. Then my attending angel said to me, "None in this place have tasted of the forbidden tree; but if they should eat, they would fall." Then I was taken to a world which had seven moons. There I saw good old Enoch, who had been translated. On his right arm he bore a glorious palm, and on each leaf was written "Victory." Around his head was a dazzling white wreath, and leaves on the wreath, and in the middle of each leaf was written "Purity," and around the wreath were stones of various colors, that shone brighter than the stars, and cast a reflection upon the letters and magnified them. On the back part of his head was a bow that confined the wreath, and upon the bow was written "Holiness." Above the wreath was a lovely crown that shone brighter than the sun. I asked him if this was the place he was taken to from the earth. He said, "It is not; the city is my home, and I have come to visit this place." He moved about the place as if perfectly at home. I begged of my attending angel to let me remain in that place. I could not bear the thought of coming back to this dark world again. Then the angel said, "You must go back, and if you are faithful, you, with the 144,000, shall have the privilege of visiting all the worlds and viewing the handiwork of God."

Dream about the 144,000

The Lord gave me a dream about the 144,000 two nites ago and I wrote it out by hand as it woke me up and I tried to write it down by hand.  Am working on a special article related to this  today.   Will send it to you and a few others when I have it typed out with some notes and explanations.

These people are very sincere even though they do not understand the character message, that "God Does Not Kill."  Even Jesus own mother and disciples, nor John the Baptist understood the truth.  But after waiting 2,000 + years the Father is bringing His "special Treasure"  (Jewels) into perfect order.  I found something in Early Writings which helped me to understand the stages of the Second Coming in EGW's writings I had not seen before.  Am trying to piece it together now.

Below is the beginning of a special article I have been working on now for about 3 days now day and night.  Here is what you will learn if you will take time to read it in its entirety, maybe little by little, as you have time.

1. Why did the Lord allow Adam to be put into a "DEEP SLEEP," in Genesis 2?  Who was the "Lord God" (Yahweh Elohim) who put Adam into that deep sleep?  Are we still in it today?  Do you know that Abraham was also put into a DEEP SLEEP in Gen 15?  This was a second time it happened...a "deeper level?"

2.  Was Jesus in this same "Dream State" or "Deep Sleep" when He was incarnated into our world?   What did He say in John 14:30 which indicates the Father did not allow His Son to be born into our "Dream State Nightmare?"

3. Why has the Great Controversy kept on going for so long?  What is being accomplished?  When will it end?

A  DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF THE ORIGIN OF SIN AND SUFFERING IN OUR PRESENT WORLD AND WHY THE LORD HAS  PERMITTED IT TO CONTINUE ON FOR SO LONG.   Sept 12, 2011
       
This article was prompted by a news release a few days ago in which a young man from the state of West Virgina randomly shot seven people, killing five, then committed suicide when the police finally caught up with him.  I decided to pray and study more into the reasons why God the Father allowed sin and suffering to begin in the first place and what the reason and purpose of it all really is.  And if it can be justified.  Another  question that arose is why would the Universal council agree to let this happen, if they have any vote in what takes place in this world.

In my search for  answers I  was impressed to read again  the first two chapters of the book of Job.  Why did the Lord agree to let Satan do all that he did to Job?  First of all, this is an amazing biography of an innocent and godly man whom the Lord permitted to suffer.  Secondly, it is a report about a special meeting or convention of the  "Sons of God", also known as the  Heavenly Council (What the countries today call the Security Council), which is also called or known as the  Universal Council of these holy or  unfallen beings....i.e., angels as well as the "Adams" from some or all of the planets in the universe who were listening to the discussion or dialogue between "The True  Lord" and Satan (who represents planet earth).

Did they have a vote as to whether or not Job was to be tested?   Or was this solely a decision made by "the Lord," whom we presume was Jesus Christ of the OT, who was known as El or Michael which means in Hebrew, One who is like or equal to God?                

To fully answer this question as to who runs the universe and/or makes decisions as to who is born and who lives and who dies on this planet (the only planet in the universe in which there is a cycle of birth and death) we need more info.  And that is my objective in this article....to provide more information about why the innocent suffer.

In the book of Daniel we read about "watchers" who make decrees.  Notice:

"This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomsoever He will, and sets up over it the basest of men."  Dan 4:17.  So, the watchers are interested in preserving the respect and power and authority of "The Most High," whom we presume is God the Father and His Son, etc. i.e. the God Family.

Daniel stated that the handwriting on the wall was sent or ordered/commanded by a higher power.  "Then was the part of the hand sent from him; and this writing was written."  Dan 5:24.  In Dan 2 the prophet Daniel told King Nebuchadnezzar that it was the "God of heaven"  who had given him the dream and showed Daniel the interpretation of  it.  In vs 21 Daniel gave thanks to the Lord  for revealing  to him the same dream the king had with the meaning of it.

Daniel went on to tell the king  that this same God “changes the times and the seasons: he removes kings and sets up kings...gives wisdom and reveals secret things..."   So, this God of heaven is the ultimate authority. Nothing happens without His knowledge and/or permission.  However we also read that “God carries with Him the sympathy and approval of the whole universe as step by step His  great plan advances to its complete fulfillment....  ‘Just and true are Thy ways, thou King of saints.’” PP 79.

Rev 15:3.  Here is another one worth repeating.  “It was God’s purpose to place things on an eternal basis of security, and in the councils of heaven it was decided that time must be given for Satan to develop the principles which were the foundation of his system of government.  He had claimed that these were superior to God’s principles.  Time was given for the working (out) of Satan’s principles, that they might be seen by the heavenly universe.”   DA 759.
He permits, He prevents, He directs and determines in the affairs of men and nations.  All things are open to His Divine survey and from His great and calm eternity He orders that which His Providence sees best."  M of H 417.  We will come back to this matter of “Time” again later in this study in order to try and understand why the humanity  was allowed to continue after the flood when it seemingly was very clear that the human race experiment was an obvious failure. So, why did the Lord preserve Noah and his family on the ark in order to continue the human race after the flood?   If you read the chapter “Cain and Able Tested” beginning on page 71, we read  that Satan’s ideas and plans were exposed as being evil, wicked and leading to destruction.  So, why didn’t the universal council vote against Lucifer’s plans, rules, ideas and laws?   Why didn’t they vote for Lucifer and his one third angels to be destroyed at that point?  Ah, that is the big question.  And the answer is 1.  God’s mercy is unlimited and forever.  2. The Lord always takes the responsibility and blame for everything Satan and man has done since the beginning.   This is why the angelic realm,  along with the unfallen worlds out there in God’s vast  universe, still do not understand.   It is my hope and prayer that we can shed some light on this mystery which will begin to solve two mysteries.  1.  The Mystery of Godliness and 2.  The Mystery of Iniquity.

So, in light of these testimonies from the OT book of Job and Daniel we see that God the Father always claims to be in charge and takes responsibility for all that happens..  In the NT this idea or concept of God's ultimate authority and power (omnipotence) is amplified in the gospels as well as Paul's writings all through the New Testament.   In spite of this fact, the  Lord has always been on trial. That is brought out clearly  in Rev 14:6, 7 when a messenger flying in the midst of heaven says with a “Loud Voice...the hour of his judgment or trial is come.”  In other words, God is finally going to have His day in court.  And we, His children are going to be His witnesses in such a powerful manner that the whole universe will agree that our heavenly Father has been true and just and right all along.

In other words everything that has happened in the past 6,000 years is going to be carefully scrutinized and examined by this same heavenly council we read about in the book of Job, chapters 1 and 2.  We know that Job passed the test and vindicated the Father.  God is going to have a mature church, the church of Philadelphia, Rev 3:7-12, also called the Elect, who will be as faithful and true as Job was.  This will be the evidence which will convince  the Universal Council to pronounce a sentence of acquittal for the whole human race. We see this in Rev 11 and 12.

The charges against the God family re: God the Father were thrown out of court when Jesus died on the cross.  The angelic realm along with the whole universal council saw that Satan was a liar and a murderer. But the problem at that time was that human beings, His very own people, in fact, were led by Satan to murder the Son of God.  As a result,  they stand before the court of the universe just as guilty as Satan himself.

As a result of that crime,  the Father and Son are on trial again in our age for continuing to plead for the human family that they might be forgiven and restored.  Remember that Jesus prayed, “Father, forgive them for they don’t know what they are doing.”  Luke 23:34.   Luke is the only writer who recorded this in his Gospel as well as in his book of Acts 3:17. Paul also refers to this in I Cor 2:8 which is truly a mind blowing statement regarding the “Wisdom” of God.  Notice: “Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory:   But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love Him.”  I Cor 2:6-9.   KJV.

Now I want to share this same text with you from the NEB.  “And yet I do speak words of wisdom to those who are ripe for it, not a wisdom belonging to this passing age, nor any of its governing powers, which are declining to their end; I speak God’s hidden wisdom, His secret purpose framed from the beginning to bring us to our full glory.  The powers that rul the world have never known it; if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.  But, in the words of Scripture ‘Things beyond our seeing, things beyond our hearing, things beyond our imagining, all prepared by God for those who love Him’, these it is that God has revealed to us through the Spirit.”  I Cor 2:6-9.

Now, to the story at hand re: this latest murder spree by a young man unknown to the general public, as usually is the case of lone gunman, mass murderers. Jesus’ comments on the death of innocent victims is insightful.  "There were present at that season some that told him of the Galileans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.  And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose you that these Galileans were sinners above all the Galileans, because they suffered such things?  I tell you, Nay: but, except you repent, you shall all likewise perish.  Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think you that they were sinners (debtors) above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?  I tell you, Nay: but, except you repent, you shall all likewise perish."   Luke 13:1-5.

So, what is it we are to be learning through all of these trials and afflictions which seem to happen to everyone to one extent or another?   Heb 5:8 even states that Jesus Himself learned by the things that He suffered, which was ultimately His death on the cross.  We are told He went through this so He could understand and know what it is like to be a human being so we would realize that He understands and can sympathize with us and therefore be our high priest to intercede for us before the Father’s throne of Grace.   Heb 4:14-16.  The text says that “He learned” by those hurtful experiences, especially the cross.  How or in what way did Jesus learn?  I explain this in detail in my book, “Into the Father’s Heart.” But the crux of the matter is that Jesus needed a third witness in order to validate His sacrifice for the human, in order for it to be accepted by the law of Deut 19:15. His Father was a witness and He was a witness for the truth that He and His Father were innocent of Satan’s false charges.  But He needed just one witness from the human race.  Surely one would think that His mother or John would step up and be a witness for Him. But they had the wrong concept of the Messiah and did not understand.  But the Father, in His great wisdom, had reserved that one thief who, at the last moment became that third witness by saying, “Lord, remember me when you come into your kingdom.”   Luke 23:39-46.  Again, Dr Luke is the only one who records this miraculous event in vs 43 and in vs 46 He commends His Spirit into the Father’s hands.  John 19:30 records that Christ said, “It is finished.”  So, He knew that the thief had become the third witness needed to fulfill the law of Deut 19:15.  And He knew that this was enough proof that within the human race the Father had placed His very own DNA from Creation and could access it at any time He chose.  The Universal Council saw this and cast their unanimous sentence of acquittal for the God family.

Now, there is another  point I would like to add at this time which I have not explained  before, to any extent,  when discussing God and human suffering.  It has to do with why  Adam was put into a “deep sleep” in Gen 2:21 by the “Lord God” of Eden. See Ezek 28:13.  Why did the true God (Elohim or Yahweh)  allow this to happen?   Is there a good reason?  Yes.  Let us take it step by step as we search for understanding.

Yes, it is true that   the true Father God planned it all ahead of time, as we can see from  the following awesome text.  “Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure....I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass: I have purposed it, I will also do it.”  Isa 46:10.

But someone may protest by saying, “Wait a minute. I thought that it was God Himself who put Adam into this deep sleep so that He could create Eve by taking a rib from his side.”  Yes, I know that is what organized religion has taught since the days of Constantine.  But the early church taught something quite different.    In my book, “Into the Father’s Heart” I go into great detail about what caused the fall of Adam and Eve in chapter 26, which is entitled: “THE ANIMAL SACRIFICE SYSTEM.”   My objective in this article is to try and explain why the true God (Creator)  allowed Adam and Eve to fall into our present dark dimension, because I believe there is a good reason and explanation.

We all agree there was a fall and Satan was involved in this fall which has affected the whole human race.  But who and what  was the actual cause of this fall?  Who planned to mar God’s perfect creation?  And who actually planned the death of God’s dear son, Jesus?  We know that Jesus tried to talk the Jews out of that terrible crime but they would not listen.    What I hope to show you is that the Father knows all things in advance.  So, being the kind, loving and wonderful heavenly father that He really is He allowed Lucifer to rebel against His authority and carry out his own scenario in which he hoped to show the universe that he is right and the Father is wrong.  That he is the one who should be the ruler of the universe, taking the place of  God the Father and His Son as well as all of His children, whom the Father planned, from the beginning, to be the rulers of the universe.  Isaiah 14:12-14.  This dream state Adam was put into was allowed by the Father so that Lucifer would be able to have access to part of Adam’s mind in order to discover what makes him tick.  In other words, the Father allowed Lucifer to use the Garden of Eden first and then the entire earth as a testing ground in which Lucifer would be allowed to prove that the children of the God family, Adam and Eve, who were created in the very image of God Himself were faulty, defective and nothing but a freak.  The Father has allowed Lucifer to manipulate the whole human race now for 6,000 years and so far, except for a few exceptions, including that one perfect person (Jesus) Lucifer seems to have the facts on his side that the human race are faulty and defective, not worthy of redemption.  That we are a danger and menace to the whole universe.  But the Father has predicted, through His only Son that He will have a final Elect and 144,000 that He will bring to such total perfection that the Father will place His very own seal of approval on them by stamping His own family name on their foreheads.  Rev 7 and 14.   By the way, Satan and his demons are still carrying out medical and scientific experiments on the minds and bodies of human beings via the UFO abductees they have been and are allowed to take on board their craft.  Although some believe it is just an illusion or “deep sleep” that these abductees are put into the same as Adam and Abraham, Gen 2 and 15.  This is still a great mystery at this point in time.  But let us go on.  Did they have a vote as to whether or not Job was to be tested?   Or was this solely a decision made by "the Lord," whom we presume was Jesus Christ of the OT, who was known as El or Michael which means in Hebrew, One who is like or equal to God?

Christ and the whole Bible indicates that “punishment” for sin and wickedness  is reserved until the final day of judgment when God alone will be the judge and make the final decision in every case.  Rev 20:11-15.   In Luke 13 Jesus repudiates the popular notion that suffering is necessarily a punishment for sin.  The temptation to think of accident or misfortune as an ‘Act of God’ comes from Satan, who seeks thereby to have men consider God a harsh and cruel Father.”  Pg 800  SDA Comm. Vol 5.  The trials, disappointments, misfortunes and calamities of this life are allowed to teach us lessons of faith, trust and humility before God that we could not learn in any other way.

We know that while Jesus was hanging on the cross he spoke seven  times.   The 6th saying was “It is Finished.”  John 19:30.   The beloved John is the only one who recorded these words.  But he did not report that the veil of the temple was ripped or rent from the top to the bottom.  Matt  27:51 records this event along with both Mark and Luke.  As far as  heaven was concerned, that  finished the animal sacrifice system and the killing of animals, even though the priests  continued doing it until AD 70 when the temple was completely destroyed by the Roman army under Titus.  Although it has not been rebuilt most of the Jewish people have never accepted Jesus as their Messiah.  Instead, they  are hoping to re-build the temple so  their  Messiah will come. And who will he be?  Read John 8:44 and you will know. I wrote about that in my last paper, June & July 2010. But now through the Holy Ghost inside of His Final Elect He will complete what He began in this last segment of time,  in our day.  So, what “plants” or false doctrines (teachings) still need to be exposed and uprooted as weeds or tares among the garden of truth in these last days?

Well, Jesus spoke very directly  to this  most important issue that takes us right back to the Tree of the knowledge of  Good and Evil  in Genesis 2.  Notice what He said right after He warned the Pharisees in Matt 12:31, 32, that they were very close to sinning away their day of grace.  “Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.”   Matt 12:33.   What do you think He is really talking about and referring to?   It sounds to me like He wants us to re-think what we have been told about the two trees in the Garden of Eden, the Tree of Life and Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil.   “I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.”   Matt 13:35.

The last or fourth of the synoptic gospels was written by the beloved John, who leaned on Jesus’ breast at the last supper..  John’s gospel is completely different than the first three gospels, Matthew, Mark and Luke.  For example, in John 3:14 He relates Jesus’ conversation with Nicodemus during which  He explained the plan of salvation to Nicodemus.  Christ also referred him to Numbers 21,  the story of  Moses lifting up a serpent on a pole so all who looked at the serpent would be healed.  Why did He do that?  Is there something we need to re-study and learn about the serpent in the Garden of  Eden that we have not understood?   Yes, there certainly is.

Here is an article I saved from the internet which I found a few days ago which I will share at this point in this study on the Garden of Eden.  I do not know who the author is but hope to find out eventually.

Going over my past emails I found this one I had saved a few months ago from 2006...no author and cannot find any way to write a reply.  Anyway, some good points are brought out here which I agree with as I believe the same thing except that, as Elaine Pagels states in her book, "The Gnostic Gospels" and  "Adam & Eve and the Serpent" that the early Christian Church taught that the Serpent was the feminine voice of the Mother of Eve, etc.

The Truth about the Garden of Eden
 
What you are about to read now, reveals that error in greater detail, that has been held in the opposite of truth since the foundation of the understanding of God's words.  If you need further proof that the Serpent is innocent of all the charges brought against him, you can read the entire trial in Plato's "Apology" from the other one who also never written a line.

What man has believed of the "Serpent" God has made, the very opposite will prove to be true.  1 Th. 5:21 "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good".  If it so be he is defended justly, then he will rise again the third day according to the scriptures, and according to the scriptures--the third chapter of Genesis.

So let us investigate these charges against him that have caused all religions to call him such evil names such as: deceiver, the Devil and Satan.  This time let us not judge so hastily against something God had made.  Genesis 1:31 "And God saw every thing  that he had made, and, behold, it was very good".  The question here is, shall we look at things the way God saw them or believe the way man see's them?  For only one chapter later after God saw every thing that he had made was very good,  man saw something God had made that was very bad.  Because in the first verse of the third chapter of Genesis, all religions from the Bible say the most injurious things about the Serpent God had made.  Who shall we believe?  God, or man.  If we see it the way God saw it, that everything  he had made was very good, which would include the Serpent, then God's statements are true, for they are in conformity to fact.  But if we believe the way man saw it, that the Serpent was the cause of all the evil in the world, then God is a liar.  Romans 3:4 "let God be true, but every man a liar".

Now this was no ordinary serpent, for this serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made.  The word "subtle" used to mean "precise", to be  characterized by very fine mental distinctions, with sharpness of perception and analysis, which are all good qualities to show the way to truth.  But somewhere along the line they out dated those meanings of precise to emphasized on crafty, wily, and cunning, to fit the Serpent the way man saw him.  For it didn't look right to hold such great meanings in the word "subtle" that described the Serpent.   * Note: Here is a definition of the word subtle with a few synonyms:  a. So slight as to be difficult to detect or describe; elusive: a subtle smile.

b. Difficult to understand; abstruse: an argument whose subtle point was lost on her opponent.
2. Able to make fine distinctions: a subtle mind.
3.
a. Characterized by skill or ingenuity; clever.
b. Crafty or sly; devious.
c. Operating in a hidden, usually injurious way; insidious: a subtle poison.

This Hebrew word is from the Heb word “Aruwn” 6175 which refers to 6191 Aram.  This root  word means to “bare” meaning to get down to the bare facts, prudent, as in “to be prudent.” So, you can see that it has positive connotations more than negative.  When the Lord deals subtly with us it would be positive but if it is the devil it would be bad or negative.  So, it depends on who you believe was speaking through the serpent, the true God or the false one.

The Serpent is accused of tempting the woman to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.  So let us examine this to see if he was tempting, or correcting.  It is written, "out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food:  the tree of life (also) in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil".

Now the comma after the statement "the tree of life also in the midst of the garden", (comma) is separating the tree of life from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, because the "also" in that statement is referring back to the trees that are pleasant to the sight and good for food.  The last part of the sentence after the comma, was just to mention another tree that is called,  the tree of knowledge of good and evil.  But only the tree of life is specified to be in the midst of the garden.  Now the woman said, the tree in the midst of the garden is the one God had said, "ye shall not eat of it".  But God said, "of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shall not eat of it".

Now all the trees that God made to grow  was pleasant to the sight, and good for food.  But a tree of knowledge of good and evil would not be pleasant to the sight, and good for food, and therefore could not be a tree God made to grow, but a tree man made to grow from believing the Serpent God had made was tempting.  Therefore this is the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Now the Serpent first spoke to inquire of her understanding of the trees.  Seeing she had it wrong, he spoke the second time to correct her.  Job 33:14 "For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not"  And so the Serpent spoke once, yea twice, but man perceived it not that it was Christ who spoke in his stead.   For this cause, Isaiah 53:7 "He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth".

Now after the woman considered what the Serpent had said, she gave the tree a second look.  "And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.  And the eyes of them both were opened,  and they knew that they were naked".  Now before they ate of the tree of life in the midst of the garden, they were both naked and were not ashamed.  Just as the religions are today, before they know of this error.  For they are naked to the fact they are holding good for evil and are not ashamed.  But after they are corrected of this error, their eyes will be opened, and they will know they are naked of the truth, and will begin to do something about it.  Then they will hear the voice of the Lord God from the words of God and not from man.

After God had asked them questions, and upon hearing their answers, this is what God said, "because thou hast harkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, thou shalt not eat of it, cursed is the ground for thy sake".  Now God did not say, "hast eaten of the tree,  of which I commanded thee not", but, "of which I commanded thee, saying, thou shalt not eat of it".  Now when God had asked Adam before, "Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?  And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat".  Now the tree the woman gave him to eat was the tree in the midst of the garden, which is a tree God commanded they may freely eat.  The man now thinking he ate of the tree that he should not eat of, blamed the woman for it.  Therefore God rightfully said, "Because thou hast harkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, which I commanded thee, (comma) saying, (comma) Thou shalt not eat of it: in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life":  And that is, divisions and afflictions shall the words of God bring forth to the people for as long as they continue to believe the Serpent was tempting.

Out of the Serpent's roots will come the knowledge and causes which produces a fruitful Bible, nothing being contrary to reason.  For it is knowledge alone that clears the mind of all perturbations.  Would not to be lost in error create them?  Then it is evident the truth was crossed in the third chapter of Genesis, for it was in this chapter alone that man brought sin and Satan  upon himself from choosing a base meaning in one word "subtle", and reflected a corrupt meaning to the Serpent God had made.  God said, "That make a man an offender for a word, and lay a snare for him that reproveth in the gate, and turn aside the just for a thing of nought".  The "thing of nought" meaning, "no devil".  This is verified in the New Testament, for the words of God say, "I have not a devil".

It is known that opposites are generated out of opposites.  It has also happened from first thoughts by the appearance of things.  As it was believed for thousands of years that the sun went around the earth, when actually the very opposite was true, yet the sun was right before their eyes all the time, just as the words have been right before their eyes all the time.

In man's first reading of God's words, it has appeared that the Serpent was the cause of sin and the Devil.  Since this belief of the Serpent has stood for thousands of years, it is certainly worth taking a second look at this evil that is still hanging over the human race.  For as a doctor must get to the core of the cause to cure, it is here we must get to the core of the Serpent's cause.  For to imagine a devil in God's Garden of Eden might be the real blasphemy against God.  Even the religions are baffled over this for they say, "here we face the greatest of all mysteries, the most significant of all secrets, the most unanswerable of all questions.  How could God--who is all-powerful, all-Holy, and all-loving--have created evil, or permitted the Devil to create it"?  This statement was made by Billy Graham.
 
It is the judgment of things the world holds as true which are not true that makes the world wretched.  Consider this affliction brought upon the world because of the judgment of one incident from the beginning of man's education of God.  First we blamed the Serpent, the Devil, then Adam and Eve for the fall of mankind.
 
The teachings in Epictetus tell us "Never to lay the blame on others, but on ourselves, that is, on our own judgments.  To accuse others for one's own misfortunes is a sign of want of education; to accuse oneself shows that one's education has begun; to accuse neither oneself or others shows that one's education is complete".
 
Did not anybody think it strange, that if the Serpent was the cause of all this sin in the world, as they say, why would God grant the Serpent final victory over man.  For He said to the Serpent.  "It shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel".  Now God asked Adam if he had eaten of the tree and he blamed the woman.  God asked the woman, "What is this thou hast done"?  and the woman blamed the Serpent.  But God did not ask the Serpent "Why did you do this"?  and give him a chance to explain, for God knew he was trying to reprove them from their error.  Nor did God punish the Serpent as the religions assume.  For it is they that esteem the Serpent stricken, smitten of God and afflicted.  Because the Serpent took his stand for truth to correct them, God knew he would be cursed.  How many men down through the ages who took their stand for truth could this be said of them.  "Because thou has done this thou are cursed".  for God did not say to the Serpent, "I curse you".  It was man that cursed and despised the Serpent.  And this is written for the Serpent's defense.  "He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief:  and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.  But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.  Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall  prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand".  So the Serpent was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look again shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.  "So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider".  Jesus said "And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the son of man be lifted up".  St. Matthew 12:33 "Either make the tree good, and his fruit good:  or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt:  for the tree is known by his fruit".  The choice is yours.  So was he the deceiver in the Garden of Eden, which then makes the tree corrupt, and the fruit corrupt?  Or was is Christ who spoke up for their correction, which now makes the tree good and his fruit good?  It is said many times, in many different ways, in the words of God, to get rid of the devil.  The choice is still yours.  But if there was such a thing as a deceiver, it would be they who taught such a corruptible thing as a devil in God's Garden of Paradise. © 2006 Philosophy Paradise

CHAPTER 26 - THE ANIMAL SACRIFICE SYSTEM

How the animal sacrifice system of the old testament began seems to be one of the most fascinating mysteries in religious history. In order to understand any mystery in the great controversy between good and evil, we must go to the cross and stand in its light and glory.

When Jesus died on the cross, the veil in the temple that separated the holy place from the most holy place was torn into from top to bottom just as Jesus' flesh was ripped and torn from his head to his feet, Matt. 27:51. His tearing was total and complete so that our healing might be total and complete. "With his stripes we are healed. " Isaiah. 53:5.

The Bible tells us God never changes, Mal. 3:6. The question we must answer then, is, whose idea was it to kill poor, dumb, innocent animals, if God does not kill?  The answer will be clear enough for those who wish to believe. As we have seen throughout this book there has been a  progression of thought and information leading us to more and more understanding about God’s true character of love.  The prophet Daniel predicted that in the last days this would happen. “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.”   Dan. 12:4.  Many believe this is referring to the increased knowledge in science and industry such as the invention of the telephone, electric lights, automobiles, airplanes, radio and TV, etc. But what this is referring to specifically is an INCREASE IN KNOWLEDGE ABOUT GOD, OUR HEAVENLY FATHER.  Dan 12:3, 10 refer to the “Wise,” who will be shining “as the brightness of the firmament,” and will be the only ones who “understand,” or know what is going on in the last days.  This is one of the 23 designations I spoke of in chapter 25.  The Wise and the Elect are titles for the same group of people, the Barley.  Jesus called them the “righteous” who at the time of the Harvest would “shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father.”  Matt 13:43.  So the spiritual journey of God’s people is one of progressive joy, understanding and increased knowledge about our wonderful heavenly father.  “But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.”  Proverbs 4:18.

As we find out more and more truth about God we will also discover the truth about Lucifer, the fallen angel who is our sworn enemy, the devil.  Jesus revealed to the Jews that he was their real father. “You are of your father the devil; and it is your will to practice the lusts and gratify the desires [which are characteristic] of your father.  He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him.  When he speaks a falsehood, he speaks what is natural to him; for he is a liar [himself] and the father of lies and of all that is false.”  John 8:44.  Amplified.   Most Christians today  know very little about their enemy the devil and that is why he has been able to wreak havoc in the church and the world because he is always posing as an angel of light.  We know from Zechariah 3:3 that wherever the Lord is Satan is right there on the scene to resist, oppose and slander everything our heavenly father is trying to do for us.  His hatred knows no bounds.  “Then the guiding angel showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the Angel of the Lord (Christ), and Satan standing at Joshua’s right hand to be his adversary and to accuse him.”

We know from the first two chapters of the book of Job that Satan claims to be the representative from planet earth who is “going to and fro on the earth, and from walking up and down on it.” Job 1:8.  I Peter 5:8 expands our knowledge on this point by explaining that Satan truly is our “adversary” who  like “a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour.”  2 Corinthians 4:4 refers to Satan as the “god of this world” who has “blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”  We know that Satan’s goal is to be worshiped by the entire world, which would mean that he must deceive everyone into thinking that he himself is God.  And this will be part of the final deception when he finally sits in the “temple of God, showing himself that he is God.”  2 Thess. 2:4.  But it is all for the purpose of destroying as many people as possible.  Jesus revealed that this has been his modus operandi from “the beginning.”  If this be true than we should be able to discover something in the Garden of Eden where Adam and Eve first fell because that is where all the trouble in the world began in the first place.

Beginning in 1992 the Lord led me to research and write an article about the “THE BROKEN AND FORGOTTEN LAW OF GENESIS ONE.”  Other articles followed which expanded on this theme and have been printed in a 101 page book (8 ½ X 11) I have entitled “The Mystery of God’s Will Revealed in the Plan of the Ages,” now in its third edition.  In chapter 5 of this book I included an article entitled, “UNDERSTANDING THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT EDEN AND GOD’S ETERNAL PLAN.”  All of this knowledge has come to me since 1982, when the first edition of “INTO THE FATHER’S HEART,” was first published, so that is the reason I am including as much of this information in this updated and revised edition you now have in your hands.  A knowledge of God is ongoing and progressive as one writer has so eloquently expressed it: “In every age there is a new development of truth, a message of God to the people of that generation. The old truths are all essential; new truth is not independent of the old, but an unfolding of it.  It is only as the old truths are understood that we can comprehend the new.  When Christ desired to open to His disciples the truth of His resurrection, He began ‘at Moses and all the prophets’ and expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning Himself.’  Luke 24:27.  But it is the light which shines in the fresh unfolding of truth that glorifies the old.”  “Christ’s Object Lessons, pg 127.

Acts 3:21 tells us that before Jesus can return there must be a “restitution of all things,” or a restoration of a knowledge God that has been lost since the days of Adam when he and Eve fell, not only losing their robe of celestial light, righteousness and innocence, but of the true knowledge of God’s love.   And that is why Jesus had to come to restore this knowledge to us.  “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou has sent.” John 17:3.   He came to show the mercy and love of the Father which Adam and Eve lost.  But why did they lose it?  Because they became afraid. But why were they afraid?   Ah, that is the question which will unlock the mystery of the animal sacrifice system, the theme of this chapter.

Here is a text which will help us in our search for the truth.  “For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.  But they like men have transgressed the covenant: there have they dealt treacherously against Me.”  Hosea 6:6, 7.  The phrase  “like men,”  in the marginal reading reads “Like Adam.”  We know that Adam was the first man to begin killing animals.  But why? If the true God never commanded any animals to be slaughtered where did the idea come from?   Jeremiah 7:21, 22 clearly tells us the true Lord never spoke such a command to kill or sacrifice His own creation.  And Jesus said that His sheep hear His voice.  So, that leaves only one voice left which would be that of the fallen angel, Lucifer or Satan.

And that is the voice Adam listened to in the Garden who caused him to become afraid.  “And he (Adam) said, I heard your voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.” Gen 3:10.  What was it that caused Adam to be afraid of this Lord  God in the first place?   The answer is found in Gen 2:17 where the “Lord God” threatens Adam with death if he eats of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.  Right there is where the “fear of death began.”  But who is this “Lord God” who made a law that they were not allowed to eat of one of the trees?  Paul tells us: “That through death He (Jesus) might destroy (render powerless) him that had the power of death, that is the devil; and deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”  Hebrews 2:14, 15.   We need to realize that all laws are not from God.  Some laws are bad. And this was a bad law.  Paul calls it the “Law of sin and death.”  “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.”  Rom 8:3.  

Ok, let’s go back to square one.  God created the world in six days and pronounced  His work very good. Gen. 1:31.  He also gave Adam and Eve (both of them) “every tree” along with all the herbs for food.  He gave them dominion over all the earth.  He withheld nothing.  And then it says that He rested on the 7th day Sabbath and blessed it.  Gen 2:1-3.  This is the first version of the creation story.  Let me also mention that throughout the Bible there are “couplets,” which means two versions of the same story. You will find this in Genesis 15 and 17 as well as in the Chronicles where many of the stories recited in 1st and 2nd Samuel are repeated with some variations and  differences.  For example, you have the story of David numbering Israel in 2 Sam 24:1 where it says the Lord moved (incited) David to number Israel (take a census to see how many men were eligible to go to war against David’s enemies).  But when this same story is repeated in I Chronicles 21:1 you find that it says “Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel.”  The first account is recorded about  1035 BC and the second in the days of Ezra in about 535 BC.  So, here we have, in the last book of record of the Old Testament a final interpretation of this remarkable incident and the inspired author of this history sees that the Lord who “moved or incited David” was not the true Lord, but was in fact the devil or Satan, the adversary lord god of Yahweh. An incredible difference to be sure, which opens  up  a window into what is going on behind the scenes.  It reveals that there are two Lords operating in the Old Testament but one of them is an impostor, a counterfeit, pretender lord or god.

And that is precisely what we have in the book of Genesis.  Two versions of the same story.  In the first version God creates everything in an orderly fashion.  Adam and Eve are spoken into existence on the sixth day together, at the same moment in time.  But in the second version there is a  counterfeit Lord God who creates Adam first and then puts him into some kind of sleep or trance similar to what was done to Abram in Gen 15.  Eve is brought forth from one of Adam’s ribs  thanks to a quick  surgical procedure.  This pretender lord god is also Indian giver, taking back one of the trees and then threatening Adam with death if he eats of it.  If you believe God does not destroy you would immediately be able to detect this deceiving lord god as an impostor.  When we come to chapter 3 the true character of this imposter lord god is fully revealed.  No Hollywood movie or fairy tale has ever been able to compete with this ageless  story of what we know as the “Temptation and Fall.”  But who is the tempter?   Remember that Ezekiel 28:13 reveals that Lucifer (under the title here as the King of Tyrus) was in the Garden of Eden, not as a serpent, but as  the deceiving, counterfeit lord  god.  Now, let’s deal with the serpent first.  By all accounts I have ever read about this serpent, it was the most beautiful of all the creatures God made.

So, let’s be clear about one thing.  The serpent was not an evil creature before the fall. It was in fact, the most beautiful creature of all.  The question we must answer is, who is using this creature as a medium to speak to Eve?   Is it the devil as we have always thought, or could it be that God Himself chose to speak to Eve in this manner. Did the Lord ever do this any other time?  Yes, as a matter of fact, he did in the days of Baalim “speaking with a voice of a man, restrained the madness of the prophet.”  2 Peter 2:16; Numbers 22:30. But let us examine the evidence.  What did the voice using the serpent as a medium ask Eve?  This is crucial because the old English here is not very clear.  “Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” This question was designed  to elicit a response from Eve regarding what she believed.  The being using the serpent is trying to determine if Eve believes that the law of Gen 2 is a valid law or not.  What this being wants to clarify is if Eve believes that the lord god of Gen 2 is the same as the God of Gen 1. If Eve believes the same voice spoke both laws then the being behind the voice knows that Eve (and Adam) have been deceived.  Why?  Because the true God told Adam and Eve together, in Gen 1 that all the trees were very good and that they all belonged to them.  Now, they have been told that one of the trees is not only suddenly “off limits” but that there is now a death penalty in effect for anyone who dares eat of this tree.  No wonder they became terrified and ran for their lives.  No wonder their connection with the throne of God was broken, shedding them of their beautiful robe of light, leaving them shaking and shivering in fear, hiding in the bushes wondering when this angry lord god would strike them dead for eating of the fruit of the “forbidden” tree.  But who was it that forbade them to eat of it?   Was it the true God of Gen 1 who gave them all things?  No. Our heavenly Father is not an Indian giver God.  So, the law forbidding Adam and Eve to eat of that tree was from Satan, the false lord of Eden who created the “Law of sin and death” (Rom 8:1, 2) out of thin air.  

Now the being speaking through the serpent is ready to reveal the truth to Eve about God’s creation, confirming that it is good and nothing is wrong with the fruit of the tree.  The true God of creation never made any such tree as a “tree of the knowledge of good and evil.”  That is not mentioned at all in Genesis 1.  All of God’s trees were totally pure and good.  There was no evil in them.  Then the “voice of truth” tells Eve there is a “god” or “ruler” (one claiming to be god  or Yahweh Elohim) who does not want you to eat of this tree he has put off limits and pronounced evil, because if you do eat of it you find out he has lied to you because you will not die, for there is no death in God’s creation. “O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusts in Him.” Psalm 34:7.  And when you eat of this fruit and nothing bad happens you realize that this so-called “God” has lied to you. Your “eyes will be open to the truth.”  And you will then be able to know the difference between good and evil, which the true Lord wants us to know so we will not be deceived.  Hebrews 5:14.  The early Christians taught that the voice  using the serpent was a feminine being. “Then the Female Spiritual Principle came [in] the Snake, the Instructor; and it taught [them], saying, “What did he [say to] you [pl.]? Was it, ‘From every tree in the Garden shall you [sing.] eat; yet—from [the tree] of recognizing evil and good do not eat’?”  The carnal Woman said, “Not only did he say ‘Do not eat,’ but even ‘Do not touch it; for the day you [pl.] eat from it, with death you [pl.] are going to die.’”

And the Snake, the Instructor, said, “with death you  [pl.] shall not die; for it was out of jealousy that he said this to you [pl.].  Rather your [pl.] eyes shall open and you [pl.] shall come to be like gods, recognizing evil and good.”  And the Female Instructing Principle was taken away from the Snake, and she left it behind merely a thing of the earth.”  “Adam, Eve and the Serpent,” page 67, by Elaine Pagels, of the religion department at Princeton University.   It is my belief that this female instructor was the Shekinah glory, daughter of the most high God, Gabrielle, mother of Eve.

What convinced me more than anything else that the gestapo “lord god” of Eden was Satan is when he turned the pure air of Eden blue with curses upon the serpent, Eve, Adam and even the ground of the earth itself.  He also said that he would put “enmity” between the serpent (Holy Spirit) and the woman (church).  The true God never puts enmity between people.  This is the work of Satan, the fallen angel, our deadly foe.  Neither does the true Lord cause the earth to bring forth “thorns and thistles.”  That is also the work of the devil.   If you wish to go into more depth on this topic you may read my articles on God’s Last Call web site at: http://godslastcall.org and order my books which are listed in my quarterly newspaper.

We know that it was Satan who degraded that once beautiful serpent  to what has become, to most people, one of the most loathsome, feared and hated creatures in the animal kingdom. It certainly wasn't God's idea. No. The Bible tells us that the serpent represents Satan, Rev. 12:7-9. Besides, God only gives good gifts to us, James 1:17.  But we must remember that there are two serpents in the Bible.  The one representing goodness and truth is the one which is above the ground, as in Numbers 21:6-9, on a pole which the true Lord commanded Moses to make so the people could look at it and be healed.  We know the true God would not command Moses to make a symbol of the devil to look at to be healed.  Nor would Jesus tell Nicodemus that He was going to become the serpent again in John 3:14 to bring healing to all who would look at Him as they did in Moses day.  When the serpent is up off the ground in the tree or on a pole or in Moses hand, as in Pharaoh’s courts, it represents the healing power of God, but when it is crawling around biting people it represents Satan.
     
We know that the tree of knowledge of good and evil could not have been God's original idea to tempt Adam and Eve, for the Bible tells us God does not mix good with evil.  James 3:9, 10. Only good comes from God. Evil comes from Satan.  James 1:17.  Furthermore, James 1:13 tells us God does not tempt anyone with evil. Why then would He need a tree in His garden with evil in it?  In fact, this Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil is never found anywhere else in the entire Bible.  It certainly is not found in the book of Revelation.   Since God created everything in the garden perfect and very good, then the tree of knowledge of good and evil could not have been God's idea. This once  perfect tree was used and perverted by the "ENEMY" just as he perverted himself and cursed and degraded the innocent  serpent.  Ezek 28:13-18.  He did this also with the good wheat field. Matt. 13:28 tells us that Jesus recognized the enemy's hand in perverting his wheat field. "Sir didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? From whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, 'AN ENEMY HATH DONE THIS: "

Isn't this exactly what happened in the Garden of Eden? Yes, it is. God created a beautiful garden and Satan sowed his tares or seeds of evil. After Adam and Eve fell, he was able to not only pervert God's good trees, but to even plant his own evil trees. Jesus commented on this by saying, "Every plant, which my Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch." Matt. 15:13. Compare Ps. 7:15. The thorns and briars and all hurtful and noxious plants are from Satan. God never created any such thing.
     
From the very inception of Satan's rebellion the Father's policy has been to give each creature free choice. This free moral agency is never rescinded or taken away,  for God doesn't take back his gifts. "For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance." Rom. 11:29. Another translation uses the term "IRREVOCABLE," (MLT) and the LB says, "For God's gifts and his calling can never be withdrawn; he will never go back on his promises ." God's gifts are His blessings. Under inspiration Balaam said, ". ..He hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it ." Num. 23:20: Compare also Ps. 89:34, Mal. 3:6, Heb. 13:8. When we apply this principle to God's loving character we can see that God is forever the same. He has never been anything but pure, total love. It is impossible for him to kill just as it is impossible for him to lie. Heb. 6:18. God never uses force or coercion. He doesn't have to, for man always proves God just no matter what device man may scheme up to evade God's loving commands and warnings which are for our own best good.

When Adam and Eve ate of the fruit, which in and of itself was not harmful, they thought they had done something wrong (broken God’s Law) and they reacted accordingly, with the guilt that was placed and imposed upon them   Adam  believed Satan’s lie that there was death in the tree and became afraid. This caused Him to distrust His  Maker. Eve fell into the same trap.  It was then that their connection with God was broken and they lost their robe of innocence, which was  some kind of light, heat or radiance which clothed them. Their fear led to distrust and lack of faith, which extinguished that light because it broke the  electrical light connection in their brain to God’s throne  by which the Creator  had infused His very life and presence into their minds and bodies.
                                           
Christ came to re-light the fire of His Father's love in man's heart, which the doubt and disobedience of Adam had extinguished. Paul tells us the kind of body we will have in the resurrection, Philippians 3:20, 21. It will be a glorious body just like Jesus had, and still has, after he arose from the tomb. When Jesus arose from the dead, He no longer needed earthly garments for the Bible tells us he had very neatly laid them aside, Luke 24:12; John 20: 5-7. Yes, He arose with that glorified, heavenly body, which could be handled and touched, and could even eat food, Luke 24:36-43. And it is this very "same" Jesus which  angels told the disciples would come again in the clouds of glory, Acts 1:9-11. Furthermore, this "same" Jesus appeared to John on the Isle of Patmos and notice how John describes His appearance. ". ..His countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength." Rev. 1:16. This description is similar to Luke's account of the transfiguration when "His countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering." Luke 9:29.

After the resurrection Jesus had that inner glow from His Father's throne of glory which actually seemed to radiate out from His face and body.  This also happened on the Mount of Transfiguration.  But, Jesus veiled this glory from His disciples so they would be able to stand in His presence. Moses had to veil his face when he came down from the mountain, Exodus 34:29-25.  Moses was not even aware that his face shined. These scripture references give us an idea what kind of body we will have in the resurrection. Paul calls the resurrection body a "spiritual body," I Cor. 15:51. Nevertheless, it is a real body that can be seen, felt and eat food. But there will be no bodily wastes as we have now, since the food will be completely assimilated or digested and turned into energy. The metabolism will be perfect and complete. All things will be made new again as God made them in the beginning. Eden will be restored." And thou, O tower of the flock, the strong hold of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall it come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem." Micah  4:8; See also Isa. 30:26 where it indicates the sun will be seven times as hot as it is today and the moon will be as hot or bright as our sun is today.
    
Before they sinned they were polarized naturally toward the Father, drawn to the Father's throne of mercy and love by the bright beams of glory which emanated forth from His eternal presence. But as soon as they believed the words of the serpent, which was Satan, their polarity was reversed and they were now drawn to him. They would now be susceptible to his suggestions and under his control to do his bidding unless something was done to interfere with his plans. Since Lucifer (Satan) himself was a created being (Ezekiel 28:15) he would not fully realize the ultimate consequences of what he was doing. The on looking universe, also filled with  created beings, would need a demonstration to fully understand the malignity of sin, which was simply the transgression of God's eternal law of love, which issued from His very heart.
     
God had declared that the "WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH," Rom, 6:23. Satan challenged this before the universe. He was claiming that God was a liar. Because God's very nature is love, He could not allow his creatures to bear the penalty of the broken law, which was eternal death. Therefore, a plan was devised whereby the Creator Himself would take the full penalty of the law, that is suffer the physical and mental and emotional consequences of the law Himself. By doing this He would be able to shield the creatures and creation of His love from the penalty of the law long enough so they could see what sin will do and chose to listen to Him instead of to Satan, if they so desired. He would not force them. He will not force us today, for He has too much love and respect for our individual freedom. .
     
Adam and Eve's minds were completely darkened and alienated from the Father's love. They hid from Him because their minds were now under the influence and control of the evil one. In a sense they didn't even have the power of choice anymore. Their brains had somehow been short circuited and they were unable to think straight. The electrical connection or light connection they had with their Creator was burned out perhaps like an alternator and the battery could not be recharged.  Adam and his wife Eve were now basically puppets on a string. They were like robots or automatons with no power to choose for themselves. Satan manipulated them at his will and fancy most of the time. But the Father set in motion a plan that would help them to resist Satan's power so they could call upon their Creator, if they chose. A promise was made that Satan's control over them would eventually be completely broken through Jesus’ death on calvary.

And so it was that Lucifer was allowed to set up his own throne in this world, building his kingdom with lies and deceit. When Adam and Eve were created and placed in the Garden of Eden he saw his opportunity to cause them to fall by leading them to doubt God’s love and perfection by suggesting that one of the trees was off limits and would cause them harm and death.  Later on in this document I will explain how the tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil began.  In fact, it has been planted on every planet in the universe.  See page 40 of a book entitled: “Early Writings.”

This is what generated fear in Adam’s heart that could not even be overcome by Eve’s demonstration that the tree was perfectly good and harmless.  No wonder Satan has hated her ever since because she could see through his lies and deception.  But when she saw Adam’s robe of light disappear she must have decided that she was wrong and Adam was right. That is when her robe of light  also disappeared.  And so it was that our first parents were kidnaped by Lucifer, the rebel.  Adam was put into a deep sleep which was in reality a hypnotic, nightmare dream state.  And that is where the human race still is today.   That is all I am going to write on this for now.   May the Lord bless you as you think on these matters and pray for the wisdom from above to help you to wake up to the truth about our wonderful heavenly father and His desire to bring us to perfection through this dark valley of the shadow of death.  Psalm 23.   Amen.  Your friend, Pastor Mike.

I always look forward to your articles because you are deeper into the issues than anybody else. You consistently talk about issues that no ever discusses on TV or radio. I recently hosted a revelations seminar for the PGH SDA church and used your ideas on the 144,000. You are the only one who has taught me anything new in two or three years
               
Even the good, unfallen or holy angels did not even then understand all that was involved in the Great Controversy.  The principles at stake were to be more fully revealed. And for the sake of man, Satan's existence must be continued. Man as well as angels must see the contrast between the Prince of light and the prince of darkness. He must choose whom he will serve.

In the opening of the great controversy, Satan had declared that the law of God could not be obeyed, that justice was inconsistent with mercy, and that, should the law be broken, it would be impossible for the sinner to be pardoned. Every sin must meet its punishment, urged Satan; and if God should remit the punishment of sin, He would not be a God of truth and justice. When men broke the law of God, and defied His will, Satan exulted. It was proved, he declared, that the law could not be obeyed; man could not be forgiven. Because he, after his rebellion, had been banished from heaven, Satan claimed that the human race must be forever shut out from God's favor. God could not be just, he urged, and yet show mercy to the sinner.

But even as a sinner, man was in a different position from that of Satan. Lucifer in heaven had sinned in the light of God's glory. To him as to no other created being was given a revelation of God's love.  Understanding the character of God, knowing His goodness, Satan chose to follow his own selfish, independent will. This choice was final. There was no more that God could do to save him. But man was deceived; his mind was darkened by Satan's sophistry. The height and depth of the love of God he did not know. For him there was hope in a knowledge of God's love. By beholding His character he might be drawn back to God.”   Desire of Ages, 758, 759.
                                           
Notice beloved, that throughout this entire Great Controversy  the whole human race has been the victim from day one. And we still are because that was not the issue that was finished at the cross.  So, what was “finished” when Jesus cried out, “It is finished?”   As we just read, it was  Satan’s false accusations against the Father and Son that were finished at the cross; but the accusations against us the (human race) and why we were created were not yet answered as far as the universe is concerned.

Why else would Peter tell us that the angels are still investigating the plan of salvation?  Notice: “Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: ...which things the angels desire to look into.”  I Peter 1:12.   So, the jury (universal council) is still out on that issue, which is, why did the Father create Adam and Eve in the beginning?   The Psalmist asked the same rhetorical question: “What is man, that you are mindful of him?  And the son of man, that you (even take time to) visit him?”   Psalm 8:4.  This is the question that the universe has been asking since the fall of Adam and Eve.  Why do you bother with these worthless, stupid, mindless creatures who are continually rebelling against the law of God as well as their own laws, constantly fighting and killing each other.  This is trash and garbage that needs to be burned.  These are the accusations Satan has been making “day and night” against us according to Rev 12:11, 12.

It was not until Jesus died upon the cross that the good or unfallen angels were able to see that Lucifer was wrong and the Father was right. In fact, even the unfallen worlds did not fully understand the deceptions of Lucifer until Jesus was nailed to the cross. They finally could see that Lucifer truly was Satan. Now, why could they not see it before? Because every person who had ever been hurt or killed in the past legally deserved to die. Why?  Because they had broken the law of Gen 2 which started the “Law of Sin and Death.”  But Jesus was in a totally different category then human beings because He was not in the deep sleep or hypnotic trance Adam and Eve fell into in Gen 2:21.  He was the Second Adam who brought life and immortality to light, i.e. revealed what it truly is.  This could not have happened or been accomplished unless Adam and Eve were allowed to be dropped into this dark dimension we all are in here together until this very moment.  And later in Gethsemane Jesus Himself was also dropped into this same dark dimension, by the Father, so that He could experience what it is like to be in this dark prison in which He could not see any light at the end of the tunnel. This is what happened when He went into the Garden of Gethsamane and said, “My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry you here, and watch with Me.” Matt 26:38. Although Jesus knew that He was going to be crucified and had accepted it and explained it to His disciples, He did not know that His light connection was going to be cut off the same as Adam’s when He and Eve fell into our present dark dimension.

But, Jesus was shown by the Father, through the Spirit that He would be crucified. He revealed this to His disciples at the  Passover feast (John 12) when He said, “The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified....”  Jesus knew  that He would soon be arrested, put on trial and crucified because of the works He was about to perform in the temple itself when He cleansed it the second time and healed the diseases of the children and people. This second cleansing is recorded in Matt 21, Mark 11 and Luke 19.  John recorded only the first cleansing of the temple in John 2:13-22. This was at the time of the Passover, AD 30.  Three years later, at the time of the Passover once again, in AD 33, He cleanses the temple a second time according to Ussher’s chronology.   But let’s go back to John 12:23-27 once again. Jesus has already stated that the time is near when He will be glorified which is an expression He used to refer to His coming death on the cross as we see in Jn 12:32 when He refers to His coming crucifixion as being “lifted up from the earth” by which act He will “draw all men unto Me. This He said, signifying what death He should die.”  

This is so fascinating because Satan had been trying to kill Him from day one when He was born in Bethlehem.  And now, the Father, through the Spirit is announcing that He is going to allow the Jews to kill Him so that “All men” will be drawn unto Him.  The Greek word translated “men” is anthropos meaning a human being which is not even in the original but was added by the translators. So, when you read it without the word “men” it says “I will draw all unto Me.”  By this statement Jesus meant that all the universe would be drawn to Him and His Father and this would be a time of Judgment or Decision for the Heavenly Council when they would vote or decide or make a decision against Lucifer (Satan) and cast him out, which is what vs 31 states.

In vs 28 Jesus asked for the  Father to glorify His name.  In response to that request a voice from heaven stated “I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.”  Remember now that Jesus has a perfect connection with the Father up until He goes into Gethsamane.  He is not in the hypnotic dream state like the rest of the human race at that time.  Notice what He says: “For the prince of this world comes, and (but) has nothing in Me.”  John 14:30.   This is a very critical verse to help us understand how and why Adam, the first human being, made in the very image of the Creator, fell into this dark dimension with Satan and became his captive.  Let us look at two other translations of v 30.  First the NEB. “For the prince of this world (age) approaches.  He has no rights (dominion or power) over Me; but the world must be shown that I love the Father, and do exactly as He commands,” John 14:30.

Now the Amplified version.  “For the prince (evil genius, ruler) of the world is coming. And He has no claim on Me—He has nothing in common with Me, there is nothing in Me that belongs to him, he has no power over Me.”   Jn 14:30.                                 

This brings before us an important question which is both vital and critical to understanding how Satan tricked and deceived Adam and Eve into believing a lie about the Creator and His creation.  A correct understanding of how Satan deceived them and  obtained  “power” and “dominion” over Adam and Eve is very important.  Yet, the answer is so simple that it has escaped almost everyone from day one.  He told them a lie.  But,   what was that lie?  That is the critical and all important question.

Satan lied to them about the goodness of  God and about specifically about His  creation. How?   He led them to believe that the Creator had put death in His creation.   This is very clear when you read Genesis 2 through the eyes of Christ who said that Satan was a liar from the beginning. “So, just what was Satan’s lie exactly?” someone will ask.  Good question.   It is very clear and plain to anyone who is not in the dream state, hypnotic trance.  Remember Satan’s ambition from the beginning was to become like God, like the Most High, Isaiah 14:12-14.  So, why did the Father allow Lucifer to do this?  Why did He even create him in the first place?   Because the Father knows all things from the beginning to the end He allowed all of these events to take place because it was the most efficient and effective way to educate the whole creation at the same time together.   The test for us today is to trust and believe that the Father’s ways are the best because they are perfect.  

Satan learned how to deceive before this world was created by deceiving one third of the angels.  How did he do that?  He told them that God had a law and that it was by this law that He controlled everyone.  This was a shocking revelation to the angels.  They had not heard of any written law or code.  Remember that Jesus said that the greatest law of all is the Law of Love.  I have written about how Satan was able to deceive all of the angels as well as all of unfallen worlds by telling them that on each planet there was going to be a loyalty test which involved one tree which he told them was going to be called “The Tree of Knowledge of Good And Evil.”   Naturally, Lucifer told everyone that God the Father had authorized him to announce this to all of the planets.  This was his first lie.  And it worked like a charm because he was able to convince one third of the angelic realm that the Father really had authorized this law of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.

How did I come to this understanding?   I found it on page 40 of the book, “EARLY WRITINGS,” published in 1858 as a republication of her first three books.   Let me explain what I mean by “finding it on page 40.”

I have read all of the published writings of EGW and many of the unpublished ones, some of which are on line and others in manuscript form of various types. I had read page 40 of Early Writings scores of times but one day the Spirit led me to read it again and notice what the angel told EGW when she was taken in vision to view other worlds.  It was explained to her that if she was faithful she would have the privilege of visiting all of the planets with the 144,000.  I was impressed to consider the deeper implications of the purpose of the 144,000 visiting all of the unfallen worlds.  EGW asked why this one planet she was on was so much more beautiful than planet earth.  “The reply was, ‘We have lived in strict obedience to the commandments of God, and have not fallen by disobedience, like those on earth.”  She then said she saw two trees, one of which looked like the tree of life but she did not say it was the tree of life but it may have been for them.  “They had power to eat of both, but were forbidden to eat of one.  Then my attending angel said to me ‘None in this place have tasted of the forbidden tree; but if they should eat, they would fall.’” EW 40.  

This caused me to ponder about how that tree of knowledge of good and evil was placed there on that planet as well as on all of the planets in God’s vast universe.  It began to dawn on my mind that if the “Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil” in the Garden of Eden was not put there by our heavenly Father then who put it there?   Jesus even stated that every plant that had not been planted by our God the Father would be rooted up.   Matt 15:13.  I have been writing about Genesis 1-3 now for many years but this aspect of the Two Trees only during the last two years.  You can read a much deeper and detailed explanation of the temptation and fall in my book, “INTO THE FATHER’S HEART” in chapter 26.  It also occurred to me that even the angels themselves have believed this lie that one of the trees in the Garden of Eden was forbidden by the true God. That is why Job 4:17, 18 is important because it clearly states that the Lord does not put any trust in man and that his angels he charged with folly. That is an amazing verse.  Then Dan 10:21 reveals that  Michael and Gabrielle were standing alone against the enemy.  So, you add all of these facts and information together and it makes sense that the Great Controversy will not be finished by the angels, per se, but by translated human beings whom the Lord will use to teach both the angels and unfallen worlds the real truth about our heavenly Father.

In fact, Rev 19:10 indicates that the messenger John is speaking with and bowing down to is a human being from our time. Just think what that understanding implies.   It  means that the Elect will truly have a very special work to do after they are translated and given immortal bodies.  It occurred to me that one of the first jobs the Elect with the 144,000 will be is to visit all of the planets of the universe and remove the “fear of death.”  How?  By going up to that one tree which is designated on each planet as “the forbidden Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, and  taking  that fruit and eating  of it right in front of all of the inhabitants of each planet to prove to them that there is no death in any of God’s trees: Furthermore, that this “Law of the Forbidden Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil” was not authorized or sanctioned by the Father at all, but by Lucifer, the first rebel who on his own authority announced that this was to be a new “Loyalty Test” for the whole universe.   Listen to this insightful statement by the servant of the Lord on page 109 of Mount of Blessings.  “But in heaven, service is not rendered in the spirit of legality.  When Satan rebelled against the law of Jehovah, the thought that there was a law came to the angels as an awakening to something unthought of.”   So, why didn’t they realize or think that the Father, Creator, had a law?  That is, a written codified law, like the law(s)  given at Mt Sinai.  The reason is very simple. There was no “codified law until Mt Sinai because the true law from the beginning was simply the law written in the hearts of all His creatures, i.e.  the law of God  written “In their hearts.” This is what Jeremiah predicted the Lord would do when Jesus came.  Jere 31:31.  So, there are two sets of laws.  The first one is the Law of Love or the Law of Life in Christ Jesus which was the true law from the beginning.  And then there is the “Law of Sin and Death” which Paul speaks about in Rom 8:1, 2.  Read Gen 3 and notice how much condemnation there is from the angry and evil Lord God, Yahweh Elohim.  John says that the “Law was given by  Moses but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.”

John 1:17.  “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.”  Rom 8:1, 2. And where did that law of sin and death begin or originate?  It started with the evil “Lord God” of Genesis 2.   Once again, where did death begin?  It began in Gen 2 by the Lord God who made that law which forbade Adam and Eve to eat of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.

So, far my friend, I have never been able to find any mention of that Tree of Knowledge of Good and evil anywhere else in the whole Bible.  It certainly is not mentioned in the book of Revelation, chapters 21 and 22.  It is not in the city of New Jerusalem.  Nor is it mentioned in Isaiah 65 or 66.  Carefully analyze Gen 2 and realize that “Lord God” there is a liar and Indian Giver.  He is a false God.  Ezek 28 refers to him under the title of “Prince of Tyrus and even says he was in the Eden the Garden of God, but not as a serpent, but as an intruder who took one of God’s perfectly good trees and renamed or labeled it as forbidden and off limits, contradicting the true Elohim of Gen 1.  Most of these points have already been made, but I just wanted to cover it again in order to make sure we understand what the purpose and work of the 144,000 will be when they are taken to the Father’s throne to receive their gifts as described in Dan 7:13, 14.

Now, let us go to I Cor 15:56.  “The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.”   What law is Paul talking about?   I believe it is the “Law of Sin and Death” he refers to in Rom 8:1, 2 which Christ replaced with the Law of Life in Himself.  Remember that Satan’s lie that there was death in one of God’s perfectly good trees is the lie that cause Adam to fall into our night mare, dream state, hypnotic trance.   So, the way to escape this dream state is to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be “born again” which means to wake up to the truth and become aware  that God is love and has never hurt or killed anyone, that all of His trees are perfectly safe and wholesome and life giving.  Once this truth is accepted and believed then Rom 8:1, 2 will be fully understood.   “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.”   Rom 8:1, 2.  

Jesus came into our dream state, nightmare, hypnotic trance to 1. Learn and understand what it is really like and what we are up against so He would be able to know how to redeem us.  2. Next,  He came to wake us up so that we could learn how to resist and overcome our sinful nature and get the victory over sin and Satan the same as He did.  That is why He said, “walk in my steps” and “take up your cross and follow Me.”  So, it is through  His life and teachings  that we overcome sin and Satan and His lies which keep us trapped in this nightmare dream state.

Jesus Christ came on the scene of this world in a human body and lived an absolutely perfect life.   Satan did everything he possibly could to make His life miserable. He didn't deserve to be treated that way, for He had never broken the law. Here was a human being (actually God in the flesh) obeying the law both in the letter and in the spirit deserving Satan's admiration and respect and all he receives is hatred and ridicule, abuse and persecution. The angels stood aghast. They believed that human beings deserved to suffer and die, but not God's Son. He never had done anything wrong. And so Jesus' perfect life began to tear away the mask Satan had been wearing for 4,000 years. It was seen that God's law was holy, just and good and that it could be kept after all. Satan's charges were seen to be unjust, untrue and totally without foundation. But, the Father was reaching out to Lucifer with his arms of love through Christ.               

“Oh, Lucifer, my beloved angel, don't you see how much I love my creatures? Don't you see how I am forgiving them and healing them? I can do the same for you. Oh please come back to me and let me heal you. Please don't break my heart anymore. I am longing for you to come home. Don't you see, if you come back then all of your angels will come too. Oh, please don't keep fighting me, for you are going to kill yourself.”

IS GOD ABLE TO KEEP HIS OWN LAW?

 But Lucifer (Satan) wouldn't listen. He was getting angrier every minute that Jesus was alive for Christ was proving Satan a liar before the universe. Satan was becoming desperate. He had to do something to cause Jesus to sin, if he could. He had to create circumstances which would be very trying to one's patience so that Jesus would show anger or impatience, which would be out of harmony with God's revealed character in the law of God. In other words, can God or will God be able to live up to His own law or is He a hypocrite who is only manipulating us with a law that He himself does not keep for He cannot keep it. This was the heart of the issue. Satan saw his disguise was being torn away. His mask was about to be taken off by Jesus' beautiful demonstration of love. The unfallen worlds and angels watched intensely as the controversy drew to a close.

Satan knew that Christ's death would fulfill all the types of the Old Testament. He had succeeded in turning Israel against Christ in spite of all of the miracles. The sacrificial system was an object lesson of what the Messiah would do when He came as well as what would be done to Him. But this gory, terrible, bloodletting system of animal slaughter was not God's perfect will. He had just been putting up with it and using it as symbols of Himself and what they would do to Him and His son when He came in the flesh.  Gal 4:4.   And to make matters worse Israel had perverted it. Satan had taken advantage of this and no doubt told the universe that God actually enjoyed all this butchery and carnage. This was the kind of person Satan made the Father out to be, a tyrant and a monster. The devil told the universe that he was doing them all a favor in revealing the truth about the Father so they could be free from his despotism. From the doctrine of eternal hell-fire torture, we can see what the devil has told all the universe about the Father. “God is a sadist and the devil is his hit man to punish lawbreakers.”

But when Christ began to teach and heal the people, the eyes of the universe began to be opened. Their sympathy for Lucifer was beginning to diminish. Listen:

“And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. And he (Jesus) said unto them, I beheld Satan as Lightning fall from heaven.” Luke 10:17-18.

Demon possession was rampant in the world when Jesus came. Satan was gaining more and more power over the minds and bodies of men. All of the misery of the world Satan had charged to the Father. And the Father took the blame for it. All of the universe looked on. And then Christ came and grew up. Never once did he sin. Finally He began His ministry of love and deliverance. Satan's angels were being cast out of the minds and bodies of human beings and the universe saw the divine image restored. Here was the very Son of God being kind to sinners whom Satan had said God hated and loved to torture. He said no one could keep the law and all who broke it were his prisoners. Isaiah 14:16, 17. By the doctrine Satan taught about eternal torture before the cross and also since the cross, we can see how Satan gained the ear of the universe. (See Luke 16:19-31. The Pharisees believed this and taught it.)

His argument probably went something like this: “Inhabitants of the universe, I regret to tell you that the Creator has a law that no one can keep. As proof that what I am telling you is true I ask you to behold planet earth. Here are these wretched creatures, formed in the very image of God the Father Himself and yet even they cannot keep this foolish and defective law. I tried to convince him of this, but he would not listen. He refused to take me into his confidence before he created this fiasco he has named earth. Planet earth has become a living inferno. It is an everlasting hell. He seems to be sorry for the mess he has caused and has asked me to carry out his justice,” so I am doing the best I can down here with the help of my faithful assistants who had the good intelligence to listen to me and join with me in my efforts to convince God the Father that he was wrong. But instead of listening to me, He and His Son made war against me and drove me out of heaven. He seems to be sorry about that too now and always takes the blame for everything. Even the prophets of Jehovah, as they are called, have even written down in their scrolls that God the Father is to blame for all the bad things that are happening down here on planet earth. I have outlined my plan for freedom, but every time anyone down here starts doing what they want to do and having some fun, God claims they are breaking the law and brings some disease or calamity upon them to 'teach them a lesson,' as he calls it. I expect him to soon destroy the whole planet to coverup his big mistake. When he does that it will only confirm what I have said all along. Inhabitants of the universe, listen to me. Listen to me while you still have a chance. What is happening here on planet earth could happen on any planet. You could be next. Join me in protesting against this horrible injustice God calls “THE LAW OF GOD.” It will lead to disaster if you try to obey it. Listen to me and my plan will set the entire universe free of the curse of the law. This is your true and only friend in the universe speaking, Lucifer, Son of the morning. Please listen, for I may only have a short time yet to help you, for God the Father is threatening to kill me. The prophets Isaiah and Ezekiel have foretold it. (Isaiah 14:12-20; Ezekiel 28:6-10, 18. If I die the universe will have no one left to save it. Listen to me and live.”

Can you see how the unfallen worlds and many of the angelic host could be taken in by this subtle reasoning. But thank God only one-third of the angels followed Lucifer. None of the unfallen worlds listened to him. It was an angel of unbelievable power and intelligence that had rebelled against his Creator. The Bible tells us how well endowed Lucifer was.

“Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God.” Ezekiel 28:12, 13.

Notice carefully: This is not a condemnation. It is a LAMENTATION ... a weeping. God is weeping and He is saying to the universe, “weep for Lucifer, for he is destroying himself. Oh, how I love him. Oh, how I long to save him, but he will not listen to me. How can I save my beloved Lucifer from certain death?”

Please also notice that the Lord God says to the “king of Tyrus,” that he has been in the Garden of Eden. It is almost as if he were saying, “Lucifer, you have been in that beautiful Garden of Eden I created for Adam and Eve. Remember? You were there in it, Lucifer. I was hoping it might remind you of what heaven is like so you would come back home to me. Oh, Lucifer, please come back I miss you so!” Dear reader, can you imagine a Creator who could love like that? It is only as we look at Jesus that we can understand such love.

Then in Ezekiel 28:13 the Lord names all the various precious stones He “covered” his beloved Lucifer with. God is remembering how wonderfully and carefully He fashioned this highest of all angels. “Thou was perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.” Ezekiel28:15. This scripture alone clearly proves that God was not responsible for Lucifer's defection or sin. God made a beautiful, sinless angel and that perfect angel turned himself into His enemy or Satan, which means adversary.

The rest of Ezekiel 28 tells how Lucifer fell because he became proud of his beauty and wisdom. Can you hear the emotion charged voice of God crying out to Lucifer all thru this chapter? Can't you hear His voice breaking as he cries out to Lucifer, “Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth, and I have set thee so.” Verse 14. “Lucifer, I gave you the third highest position in the universe, right next to My beloved Son. And, Lucifer, that job is still waiting for you. I did not demote you. I didn't kick you out. You left me. But, Lucifer, I want you back. I will forgive and forget. I am your Creator. Nothing is too hard or impossible with Me. Jeremiah 32:27; Matthew 19:26.

But Lucifer refuses. He won’t come back. His heart is hardened against the Father. All throughout Ezekiel 28 and Isaiah 14 and in other places in the Scripture God first pleads and then he warns, “and I will destroy thee, 0 covering cherub.” Verse 16.

We all have seen a little baby start crawling, away from its father or mother. And what does the parent do? A loving parent will call out, “Come back to daddy, baby, come back to daddy.” Usually a child will stop a moment and look to see if daddy is coming or if he really means business. Then most of the time the baby will just keep on crawling away. The parent will then stop pleading and warn it. “Come back to daddy, baby, come back. Baby get hurt. Baby going to cry.” And this is exactly what God is doing here. First he pleads and then he warns Lucifer of the painful consequences that will result if Lucifer does not repent and return. But the amazing aspect here is that God claims to be the one who is going to do this to Lucifer, when it is obvious that Lucifer is doing it to himself.

We can see that now, as we look back, nearly 2,000 years this side of the cross, but the universe of unfallen angels and unfallen worlds could not see it. That was what the contest over Job, Job chapters 1 and 2.   Is it possible to keep God's law? Is it possible to be perfect? God claimed perfection for job and Satan denied God's claims. The suffering of Job proved God's claims were correct. Job's faithfulness under mental and physical suffering, few have endured, vindicated God’s character. Each of us has that same opportunity for every human soul is an actor on the stage of this world's history. We each are part of this great theatric production which has been running now for over  6,000 years. God is counting on each individual to play out his role faithfully, just as Job did. And just as surely as Job was faithful, so God can help us to be faithful until the end and thus demonstrate a  facet of God's beautiful character that no one else can portray. No two people are exactly alike. Each one of us has something very special to tell the universe about God's character of love. If we let Him work in us and through us He will enable us to deliver the message. Only eternity will reveal the value of a soul's worth and how important we each are to God's plan.

“But, how can I do it?” you may be asking. Here is the answer in God's holy Word. “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradictions of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. Ye have not resisted unto blood, striving against sin.” Hebrews 12:2,4.

The Father knew there was only one way to open the eyes of the universe to the enormity of sin and its terrible consequences or penalty. That was to let Himself, through his only Son, suffer the consequences of disobedience and rebellion. He could have allowed Lucifer and his evil angels who rebelled with him, one third of the host of heaven, to reap the results of their evil choice. He could remove His shield of protection from Lucifer and let him suffer all the guilt and remorse he will one day suffer. If He had done this, Lucifer and his angels would have perished very quickly. But this would have raised more questions than it would have answered regarding Lucifer's charges and allegations. Yes, there was only one way. And so Jesus alone with His Father, in the Garden of Gethsemane, pleaded with the Father to let the cup pass from Him if the world could be saved any other way. But there was no other way. Jesus had to drink the cup. He had to demonstrate what will happen to each created being when the Father is forced out of the life. But there was much more than that.

WHAT WAS IT THAT HORRIFIED JESUS?

Jesus said, “Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from, this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour.” John 12:27. Jesus can see what is just ahead. He is not afraid of the pain, but the thought of being separated from His Father fills Him with horror. We cannot fully understand that, for none of us has ever fully known the Father as Jesus did, but that is our wonderful privilege. But Jesus fully surrendered to the Father's plan and purpose and was willing to think only of saving us by glorifying His Father's name, verse 28. And then this important scripture follows: “Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.” John 12:32. The word “men” is a supplied word and is not in the original. All of God's creatures in the universe, including even Lucifer and his Men angels would be drawn to the cross to watch the Savior receive the full penalty of the law.

Satan sees that if Christ does not sin by showing impatience, anger, self-pity, forcing the Jews to acknowledge Him, or coming down off the cross and giving up, his argument against God's law will be proved false. Jesus kept that law perfectly. He didn't sin even by a look, a glance, a grimace, nor any kind of facial expression during all of the physical and verbal abuse he took from the rabble and priests as well as the soldiers. The greatest temptation was to use His divine power to release Himself or permit the guilt of their deeds to come upon His enemies. But He loved them too much. The Scriptures must be fulfilled so God's word and law would stand true. When Peter lashed out with his sword and cut off Malchus' ear, Jesus said to Peter, “Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?” John 18:11. “all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword. Thinkest  thou  that I cannot now pray to my Father, and He shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels. But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?” Matthew 26:52.

What scriptures did Jesus have reference to? It would have to be the Old Testament predictions of his sufferings. “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities ... and with his stripes we are healed. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.” Isaiah 53:5, 7.

Our Lord knew His own people would crucify Him before they did it. But Christ tried to prevent His own people from this act, for His crucifixion sealed their doom by hardening their hearts into unbelief. It also melted a few, but the majority were sealed into darkness, for that age, just as Satan and his angels are until the “Times of Restitution of all things.” Acts 3:21. 2 Peter 2:4. They have rejected the light of truth and closed the door against themselves. Yet God claims to be the one who is responsible for their blindness. “And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.” Jude 6. And so we see the Father taking the blame in the New Testament as well as the Old. God never changes. Amazing grace. It's always the same, always available. God has never rejected or cast away anyone. John 6:37. It is our hearts that are hardened against Him, not His heart toward us. Never, because  His heart is always positive toward us. It is the darkness of our mind that prevents us from seeing the eternal light and glory of His love. The mystery of iniquity is how sin blinds and hardens our human hearts against such love.

DESCENDANTS...DAN. 12:1...REV. 7 & 14.

This morning I arose early about 4:30 and typed for awhile and then went back to bed about 7:00. Just before I woke up I was dreaming about being in a certain town doing some things and then I was downtown and a jogger came by and I told him, “have a good run.”  And he said to me something strange out of the blue. “But I am not only supposed to have a good run I am supposed to be studying and learning as I run.  Yes, I said that is a good idea. But he said he didn’t know where that text was.  I told him it was in Deuteronomy.  Then the Lord spoke to me, “Go look up that text and then go and tell him where it is.”  So, I was going to go home, look up the text and then drive to where he was jogging and tell him where to find it in Deut. Then like a flash of light the Lord showed me how the Fathers were to tell their children from one generation after another as they walked along the road the promises and statutes of the Old Testament and what they meant and this was to be passed down from one generation to the next until the final generation was totally perfected by these writings.  And this last generation would be the direct descendants of the original tribes of Israel as we read in Rev. 7...direct descendants preserved from one generation to the next by the power of God and finally filled and perfected by the Word of the Living God.  It was so vivid and clear as to how this is about to be fulfilled literally to those very descendants.   Mfc.

This is the first chance I have had to type this dream experience since I had it on Tuesday morning about 3:30 a.m.  I have had many other dreams in my life but have not written very many of them down and thus forget them quickly although some of the dream may stay with me.  But I was very much impressed to write this down without any further explanation or interpretation at this time.  This will go along with a much longer article I am in the process of preparing at this time.  Will explain more later.

There is a big difference between the thought processes in the dream state and the normal state of mind.  In the dream state re: dreams that I believe come from Jesus the mind and feelings are very happy and pure and holy. In the normal state of mind, even when you write, or speak, etc. even about religious topic there is always that vail or curtain and the happiness and joy is not nearly as great as when you are in the dream state...it is like you have the pure happiness of a child.  More later on this.  If you have any questions let me know. DREAM OF THE 144,000   9 27 2011

I woke up about five minutes ago after dreaming about the 144,000.  I wrote down everything that I could remember right after I woke up and this is what I wrote at that time with some expansion of what I believe it means.
                                          
I was with these people and there was this house. And there were people who were sleeping inside and then they would wake up.  They could go in and out of this house when they woke up.  The main thing that I remember most vividly was that  there was such a happy and whole feeling of joy and of assurance that they truly were of the 144,000.  There was also something about numbers that were whole and were related to the 144,000 which I did not understand.  It was just something about numbers that were whole and perfect and were related to the 144,000, that they could be divided by each other, like factors of the 144,000 such as 12 and 12,000 squared = 144,000, etc.  There was so much white.  That was the dominant color I remember.  A very beautiful white that is just beyond anything you can imagine in its glory and beauty, so pure and holy.   But the main joyous feeling I remember is that it was really true, that the 144,000 is a reality, i.e. that it does exist and that this understanding and experience of being able to go into the house where people were sleeping was so real and that even though it was true...so true that just the idea that we (those who also were experiencing this dimension of reality of going in and out of the house where people were sleeping and being able to observe them,  was such a happy feeling and even though I and others felt unworthy we knew for sure, of absolute certainty, that even though we were dreaming, that this was true  and that we were in the Presence of the work of God, the Creator,  and that He approved of us and that we were chosen and all doubts were gone as if I never had any doubts.  Also the feeling of absolute love and happiness that this dimension was/is real and the 144,000 is a perfect number and yet I did not seem to be one of the 144,000 but that such a number and reality does exist and that it has to do with sleeping and waking and dream states.  And everyone who is part of this reality knows it is true.  The mind and heart of each person who was waking and sleeping was clean and pure and whole.  As I said, it was like a dream, and yet so real and I was impressed that this is a truth and a reality that is just as real as numbers are real.  I wanted to go and see those others who were sleeping in this big beautiful house, but was impressed that it was not time for them to wake up and that it was not my job to try and wake them up. That is the work of the Spirit of God.   The main idea or truth was that “Yes, this is true and you are part of this reality even though it seems like a dream, that it truly is very real and that I was there in the dream to understand, realize and to know  more about the 144,000 and how the Lord is choosing those who are worthy to be among that number. And the truth and reality of this subject of the 144,000 is just as true as the fact of math and numbers themselves.  I was not asleep in the dream but was able to walk inside and outside  of this very nice house that has been in the process of being built but is  not yet complete.  And the man who was or had been building the house was not alive, but the part of the house he had built was beautiful and on a solid foundation.  It was about 3/4 ths or 75% complete.   This was the number that was impressed on my mind as I viewed and surveyed the inside and outside of this beautiful house.

The idea was that even though people did not realize this house he had been building was true and this house, where people were sleeping was still under construction, that it would be completed and finished in the near future.  But the main idea I experienced was that I was chosen to be a part of this building experience and that I was to realize and know and understand that what had been built so far was true and solid and that it would be completed in the near future and the people sleeping in this house would wake up eventually, but not now.  It was not time.  But the happiness and joy of knowing that Jesus had chosen me to be a part of this whole process and that it is a reality in progress which is ongoing right now in our day although we are not aware of it in our normal waking state.   I wanted to go inside the house to see more people who were sleeping but I was not allowed to wake them up because it was not time.  The house was still being built or under construction.  And what had been built so far was solid and sound.  I saw other people in the house who seemed to be half awake and half asleep but did not seem to realize who they were or their purpose or part of the whole project.  But they were in the house waking and sleeping day in and day out and could come and go but the house was still under construction. Although I did not see the  architect or builder I know who He is.  Although I did not see Him/Them I know that it is the Father and His beloved Son,  Jesus, who are the builders of this house.  I wondered in my mind when the house would be completed but this was not explained in the dream but little by little I am now beginning to understand more about it and the meaning why I was shown this house and the people who were sleeping and waking and going in and out.  The dream was given to me for the purpose of revealing that the 144,000 is a true reality and that I was chosen to see it and know that it is a true reality that is in progress. It is now 5:30 a.m.  I have been trying to write this down as best I can to explain the dream and what it means.  It seemed like  the main idea and theme was, as I already said, that this is true and “you am  a part of this process of building this house where people are sleeping and God has chosen you and this is being shown  to you so you will know of a certainty that you have been chosen now and in the future to help complete and finish this house.”  That was the main theme and message that was given to me during the dream and since.   I was so surprised and happy to know that I was part of this ongoing project and the Lord had chosen me even though I did not feel worthy.  The dream was to give me proof and a certitude that this dream was more real than the real world in which we live and it does exist and I have been chosen to be part of this work in progress.  Now I understand that this house others in the past have had a part in building, even though they did not understand very much about it, per se, as it was not time; That their efforts were  not in vain even though they have died, like EGW, who believed in this house and were trying to help others to wake up the same as I am doing now.  I had been thinking about this man who had worked so hard to help people be ready for the coming of Jesus but had been criticized and ridiculed and resisted in his efforts. I felt so sorry for him but now he is awaiting the resurrection like so many others.

I hope  the Lord will reveal more in future dreams so that I can understand this more fully  but what I was shown is becoming clearer now each day as to the deeper meanings of it all. the main emphasis was to tell me that I am chosen and to experience the happiness and joy of what it means to be a part of this whole project.  Truly yours, Michael F. Further interpretation:

What this dream means is that the character of God message going to all the world now is speeding up the selection of the 144,000 who are now asleep or half asleep or sleep walking.  As we listen to the Father's Spirit and His voice thru the Holy Ghost we are helping to prepare more people to be part of the 144,000 who will wake up fully when the House is Complete at the Time of the Death Decree.  It is 75% now.  The timing will be perfect.  Praise the Lord.

Read Rev 11 about the Rod to measure or count which John was given...He is counting to see how many are ready to become the 144,000 and when there is enough the house will be complete and the Father will tell Jesus that He can say, "It Is Done."  That is when probation will close for the church people of the world, the SDA Church first, Ezekiel 9.  The message has already started going outside of the USA to the Philippines and Japan and Korea, praise the Lord.

The number 144,000 is a positive integer that has a special religious significance for many Christians because of its use in the biblical Book of Revelation, where it is connected to a selected elect who will attain salvation. In general, four viewpoints prevail: 1) either 144,000 is a symbolic number representing all of God's chosen people to be raised up to spend eternity in heaven with God; 2) it may refer to a literal 144,000 people who will be chosen from the tribes of Israel (12,000 from each tribe) to be saved; 3) it may denote a 144,000 people from "spiritual Israel" to be be saved; or finally, 4) it may have a deeper mystical significance and symbolic meaning that is too obscure to be understood.

The number 144,000 is also significant in some New Age religious movements (see below.)

As for miracles, yes they happen each day so often I lose track of them and it just
seems like "normal" after awhile but I know that is not the normal for most people but has been for me most of my life but much more so now days.

A friend in Indiana, with whom I have deep Bible studies, also with Rosendo who turns out to be a closet genius but so humble....it is amazing!  He does not realize it himself.

Anyway, my friend in Indiana just told me yesterday  that he also had a dream two days ago I think it was, just a couple of days after I had mine (we are like twins although I have never met him in person)...and in this dream he saw this terrible storm...a tornado and a little girl caught up in the tornado evidently about ready to be swept up in it so he ran and took her up in his arms and took her to safety.  He said he did not know what it meant.

Well, I immediately knew....that is how Gabrielle works with the Father, she just reveals what the Father wants us to know.

The dream is quite simple.  The Storm represents the coming time of trouble which is now building up and the little girl represents the 144,000 or coming perfected Church of Philadelphia and Richard and myself and others, even yourself, are to be the comforters and rescuers of these fledgling little lambs who will become the 144,000.

Thanks for your prayers and help.  Dave said he was doing really well on Tuesday when I saw him in his office.   He did not say why he was doing so well but he looked happy.
